Super little hotel on the beach in Kep. Comfortable room and bed. Great location. Lovely clean pool which was well used. The little restaurant provided good food and the bar downstairs was pleasant. The breakfast included several options. This place exceed my expectations as I had booked there some years ago then refused to stay once I arrived. This time I was very happy and would definitely return.

Saravoan is directly opposite Kep beach so it’s the perfect place for a beach holiday. It has a really relaxed vibe with attentive staff and a fantastic bar at street level. The rooms all face the beach so you get amazing views although the best views are from the third/top floor. We last stayed here in October 2019 and they’ve made some improvements to the property since then. There’s a new infinity edge pool, improved room design and hotel design and the restaurant and bar have both been renovated. The downstairs bar has a very small shop but stocks some ethically source and sustainable products such as bags and other products made from old fishing nets and others made from recycled plastic that looks like leather. The prices are very reasonable as well. We loved the bar. Great cocktails and service and a great place to chill between swimming and eating and relaxing. This was our second stay at Saravoan and we’d definitively come back again.

No lift so there are a lot of stairs to manage between street level and your room but it’s only really an issue when you check in or out. No cover over the outside area of the bar so when it rains you need to move inside. It’d be a great spot to enjoy the showers if it was undercover.

We got the Delux Double with Bath, and enjoyed our stay immensely. It had a fantadtic view of the ocean,and islands. and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the rstaurant a few time, although the prices are a little high. All the staff were lovely, and always happy to help. The pool was one of the best features of the hotel. With it having shade in the afternoons, and a nice view out to the ocean. It weas a great place to relax.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. There was limited hangin space in the bathroom. But they did have more than most hotels in Cambodia. Maybe the only other thing, if you plan on getting the rooms in the top floor, be ready for walking a lot of stairs each time you go to your room. There's no elevator.

The property was ideally located within 2 minutes from the bus station, crab market, across the street from the beach and everything you could need on your door step. The swimming pool was relaxing after our trip and we enjoyed our room conveniently facing the pool area with spectacular sea views. The receptionist with the biggest of smiles arrange a motorbike for us, she was such a champ! The staff were all AMAZING I can not stress this enough. After all it’s the people who always makes our vacations enjoyable, so a huge thank you to you all!!!

I honestly can not falter this place other than the breakfast. Hubby wasn’t happy with the portion size, but mine was okay I guess, had to pay extra for bread but never mind! Bathroom could do with an upgrade (rusty / moldy ceilings) but standard for being at the beachside!

really lovely and helpful staff. A good location overlooking the beach, even if it was literally being developed as I watched. A bar and restaurant with a great view over the beach that had very good - and surprisingly inexpensive - food. Extra points for glass water bottles in the room, and a filtered water dispenser in the restaurant where you can refill your own bottles.

I had a pool level room, and the huge wooden doors at this level are crazy heavy, and not on sliders. I broke my (short!) nails trying to shove the door shut. The lock was useless. It was a challenging task every single time to open and shut the doors, and I’m not even sure the lock worked. It’s great to have a pool, but bear in mind it is absolutely tiny, and a third of it is knee high.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff - the rooms may seem more expensive than others in kep but no other hotel will have this sea view - further down the beach is construction work which cannot hear or see from this hotel. Also means there were fewer insects or mosquitoes like in some of the more jungle based places. Excellent breakfast and nice menu of foods for later in the day in a pretty and relaxed restaurant. Nice bar downstairs but shuts at 9:30 so a quiet sleep is not a problem! Rooms comfortable, great bathrooms and pool looks nice although we didn't try this time. If you eat at the crab market I would reccomend a tuktuk as the walk back seems short but has few streetlights. Some parts are complete darkness. The crab kitchen at the crab market was by far the best food we ate in Kep, would highly recommend. A trip to Rabbit Island fitted in well after breakfast and before evening drinks in the bar. The owner even allowed us to keep the room a little longer before our night bus to siem reap. Can't reccomend this place more, would stay again!

We liked everything.

Love the view from our room, the pool, and the restaurant at Saravoan, looking straight out over the ocean. The menu in the restaurant was excellent, and all food was well prepared. The room was clean, fairly comfortable.

The bed was a bit too hard for our liking. Also, it would be nice to include 2 chairs in the room, instead of just one.

Excellent view of the sea. The location is stunning with all necessary amenities close by. The service was very friendly and the food was great. Enjoyed exploring this seaside village with its peaceful beauty

not very many people speak English but their smiles are sufficient to make up for this There is truly nothing that I did not like Cambodia ... you have the most beautiful people Every tourist of Cambodia should visit Kep

Both Mattresses were very very bad in twin room and no hurry to change even though they had complaints before so had to move room which was fine I have stayed in many different rooms over the years and beds have always been fine

Hotel has a fabulous view of Kep beach, especially the top floor rooms. The rooms are simple but efficient. Nice breakfast area overlooking the beach. Good choice of breakfast including a couple of Asian options. The gentleman serving us at breakfast was extremely helpful, friendly and cheerful. Nice swimming pool although limited space for sun beds, howerver, there are a couple of terraces with sea views with comfortable chairs.
