This hotel is massively underrated and a hidden gem - go check it out! Wow!! We were blown away by the cleanliness, the hospitality and the overall beauty of this property. The location was easy to find using GPS. It’s not on a main road which added to the tranquility. Such a calm & peaceful space to just unwind from the crazy city. We stayed for 3 amazing nights and everyday was like a breath of fresh air. It’s definitely off the beaten track, but a short 5 min walk to the main road. You would need some sort of vehicle or bike for convenience. A relaxing swimming pool was such a welcoming treat everyday. We always felt like we were far-far away! If you looking for tranquility & privacy, then this is definitely it! The charm of this place is definitely the hands-on manager and all the staff, all super friendly and extended their hospitality to us even though it was their national holidays. We always rate hotels on their people and not the small things, people makes a business - so Well Done & Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

There is honestly nothing I can fault this place, nothing at all. Unfortunately one day the balcony light was left on, and we came back to our room swamped with bugs & mosquitoes, but that’s no fault of the hotel, we just sprayed the room and it was fine. So be sure to turn off all the lights before you leave as they entered under the sliding door. Also if you big on breakfast, then you should know it’s a simple Khmer style breakfast which was fine for us as we enjoyed it, especially hubby as he could eat as much as he liked!

We loved the huge suite, was so nice to relax in the lounge area. Huge comfortable bed, hot water and great shower pressure. Lovely pool area. Just need a few more sun loungers. Good breakfast selections. The staff are so friendly especially the manager he spoke very good English. Lovely French deli within walking distance. You do need a scooter to get around it’s $6 per day. A tuk tuk from the bus station is $3 to the hotel so makes sense to have a scooter for the days.

No chairs on the balcony

This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful pool and extremely helpful staff. The suite we stayed in was fantastic one of the best accommodations we have chosen in Cambodia. It's location is a little further out than normal, but it was a 15 min walk to harbour and restaurants so pleasant and there was local transport avaliable to go into the heart of Kep. The Manager went out of his way to help us and booked our train to Sihanoukvile for us and took us to the train station. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff are very courteous and they were always ready to help. The room was large and well designed. It had a big window, with a balcony, which made the room lovely and bright. The bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Sheets and towels were of a very good quality. Overall, the place had quite a luxurious feel. Breakfast had a decent range of options and some items cooked to order. The huge swimming pool is a real bonus, surrounded by a lovely patio area. Beautiful views from the roof too.

It doesn't dent the score, but the breakfast room was quite large and thus felt a bit like a convention space. The location is a bit isolated some distance from shops and restaurants, but things are walkable or tuktuks are only a few dollars.

Best stay possible ,modern facilities ,no levels ,one level throughout. Consistant staff always with a smile . Manager arranged a scooter delivered to the door and arranged a car to the airport at reasonable costs . Breakfast very good ,huge swimming pool and staff /manager always willing to help ,all requests met with a smile .They even washed the scooter and made sure was put away for the nights . Staying here will not disappoint, felt like being home with more comforts ,sad to leave .

Absolutely nothing .

This hotel was absolutely amazing!! From the room, to the staff & all of the facilities!! Wow!! The room was so clean & a nice, big size!! Comfy bed!! The pool was huge & so great for a swim. Food was really good & on top of everything, the staff were so pleasant, helpful & kind!!

I know it will sound corny, but the only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer!!

Breakfast selection a tiny bit limited but no real issue. In a more quiet area but can easily walk 10 minutes into town or get a tuk tuk from reception/ using an app. No real faults

The view from balcony was lovely. It was a clean room. Staff were helpful when asked. Potentially this could be a great hotel. I have stayed in hundreds of them. Eggs sunny side up with toast was good!

No shade over the pool. No shade for parking. Awful coffee. It was either too strong or too cold. This could be a great hotel. Very noisy bird nest farm next door. 😒. Rubbish from hotel in street. Breakfast tables were too big.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the suite and it was huge, basically a one bedroom apartment. The room had all the amenities we needed with fast wifi. Very comfy and big bed. The hotel is very clean and the pool is huge. We loved it! Water pressure in the shower and hot water could have been better but that’s just my personal preference.

There were only 6 sun-beds by the pool.

Incredible value for the largest room we stayed in during our 15 nights in Cambodia. The staff was very helpful in getting a bag I left behind at a crab market restaurant. The pool was fantastic. Jump on this if you get a deal. Stay for a while and rent a scooter to get around.

It is out of the way and nobody seems to know where this hotel is located. Our friends speak Khmer so language wasn’t the issue. It almost seemed like a ghost hotel since we had 2 rooms one night and only 1 other room was occupied.
