We stayed 3 nights in a bungalow and everything was perfect! Very clean, very comfortable bed, great service and staff. They even allowed us to check-in early in the morning which was great because we were very tired. Thank you very much! Very recommended!

We paid $53 AUD and the room was great , had 4 poster bed with mosquito net , not that we needed , breakfast was included choice of 4 different breakfast meals , we got room service -dinner 2 nights was great . Could hire motor bike for the day . Great location , about 20 restaurants ( prawns , crabs , squid , fish )across the road and large market 100 meters down the road . Supermarket about 10 minute walk . We extended our stay to 5 days instead of just the 2 days . Lovely staff were very helpful.

The beach across the road is not suitable for swimming but there is a beach 1.2 km . kep beach . The antenna wasn’t working so we didn’t have television and no fault of theirs was the ceiling had a leak . Checking out the credit card machine declined both our credit cards so we were asked to go to ATM for cash . The credit card worked fine in the ATM .

Beautiful and spacious private bungalows surrounded by greenery. So peaceful and calming. The staff were very attentive and kind. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Kep by the water, you can walk to all the main attractions and beautiful hikes. Amazing sunset vantage point right across the road. I felt very at home here.

The wifi connection is very slow and drops out a fair bit. The breakfast is free but the menu is very limited and uninspiring. Since there is not much choice for breakfast venues nearby this was disappointing.

Beautiful modern well equipped bungalow right in the middle of the forest. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Swimming pool. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful, chatting with me when having breakfast. Nice view from the restaurant over the sea. Good place for those who want to relax and get away from it all. Restaurant serves Cambodian and barang food, such as beef lolac and fish amok quite delicious.

The breakfast was ample and delicious. The rooms were not big but they were clean and comfortable, with get airconditioning and nice touches like flowers on the bed and really nice shampoos and soaps etc. It was very easy to walk to the beach, but also easy to get a tuk tuk. Most of all the staff are very hard working, friendly and always happy to help with anything they can provide. Lastly, the pool was lovely every evening to relax and refresh after a hot day at the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Sabbay Kep. Its quiet location was perfect for us yet it is so close to the crab market and lovely restaurants. Fred and his staff were very accommodating and gave us great recommendations of things to do in the area. The room was large and had everything we needed, and the pool was clean with plenty of loungers. Breakfast was great every morning and we ate here a couple for a couple of other meals and every time was delicious! Would highly recommend!

This is a magical boutique hotel with only 10 villas. We stayed in the interconnected rooms which fitted our family perfectly. Our host Frderic was amazing at giving us a run down of all the things you can do in the area and arranging tuk tuks for us each day. The roof top bar is exceedingly atmospheric with its thatched roof and comfy decor and the outdoor pool was a midday sanctuary. Our complementary breakfast was also delicious. The location is also excellent being close to lots of restaurants and the crab market.

My sisters room was a little musty.

I liked everything very much. The hut was great and comfortable. Location was very good, breakfast was very good and the restaurant as well and the service of staff was very good. Fréderic the owner was especially friendly and helpful, he helped me to rent a scooter and gave me a lot of helpful tips about where to go in the neighborhood and what to see. I recommend this hotel in Kaeb. I enjoyed the stay very much.

I would like to point that some things in the hotel need to be maintained. For example, in the room, especially the bathroom the walls and the ceiling have started to get moldy and damp. I recommend to the owners to look into this before it gets worse. It is important to keep things in good shape

Sabbay Kep is a leafy and lush oasis in a prime part of Kep - 200m from the Crab Market and some fantastic restaurants, and opposite the sea which delivers a daily sunset show and cooling breezes. The bungalows are clean, bright and comfortable with 4-poster beds and super firm mattresses and the pool area is one of the best. As are the staff headed by Frederic, the entertaining and engaging owner who engages with the guests and ensures everyone enjoys this beautiful part of Cambodia. It’s a very laid back and chill place to stay.

I’m not a huge lover of super firm mattresses but that said I slept well…

The bungalow was perfect, nestled in amongst the trees and native plants, great sea breeze at night, super cute! Bed was devine, had some of the better nights sleeps there. I loved that after having breakfast in the mornings you would go back to your room all freshened up...perfection! The ocean is across the road and just a 2 min walk to the Crab Market where there is a great selection of restaurants to choose from. About a 12 min stroll around to Kep Beach, keep an eye out as you may spot monkeys along the way. Kep Village is probably a short 5 minute tuk tuk or grab around the peninsula and most things you would need are there without having to go into Kampot. The resort does amazing breakfast and dinners also. The best 3 days of my Cambodian holiday were had at Sabbay Kep. Thank you Fred and Nini (owners) and ALL of their delightful staff. Fred is a wealth of knowledge on the area and upon his recommendation for what to do the last day was just what was needed. Had an amazing 6 hr day with Mr Hong a local remork driver who showed me more of Kep than I expected, local style. Highlight was Kampong Trach Mountain Cave and Temple.

Everything was perfect!
