restaurant and staff were very accommodating unlike the reception personnel.

lack of empathy and assistance when I experienced a bad fall on the hotel property. Hotel staff assisted by providing laughter and no assistance to my wife after a fall in which I received an aggravated ankle sprain. Fall was caused by an open pond on the side of the entry steps which should have had the appropriate safety barrier. coupled with the severe rain it created a danger to guests at the hotel. the pond is not maintained and is filled with stagnant water and should be turned into a flower bed. I must say that the restaurant staff showed great assistance after the fall where they came to room which was greatly appreciated unlike the hotel management.

Outstanding staff throughout the hotel. The reception front desk girls called guesthouses for me in advance to make reservations (I am bike touring SE Asia) in Angkor Chey and Takeo as I needed to make reservations in advance. The breakfast at poolside was fantastic (great menu to order from) . I had two dinners at the poolside restaurant which were outstanding. The room was big, bed very comfortable (best sleep I've had in Asia). The room also had a safe (that worked!). TV had many English channels, HBOm BBC Animal Planet, AXO, Discovery. Very good and fast WiFi in room. Kettle for making coffee.

The only complaint I had was the balcony light stayed on and I was unable to find any switch anywhere in the room to turn it off.

Nice and relaxing environment. All staff were very nice and helpful, even if some of them didn’t have very good English they would do anything to try and help by getting someone who could speak with me. They organised transportation back to Phnom Penh at a very reasonable price. I had all my dinners here as the food was nice and service impeccable.

If someone leaves the bedroom door ajar it starts emitting an alarm-like noise. Many guests in my last night kept on leaving the door ajar so the noise kept me awake night and morning. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The pool was PERFECT! The lack of English fluency with all the staff with the slight exception of the well meaning Manager was a continual challenge.

I, stupidly, lost my wallet while riding a scooter very shortly upon my arrival. The manager was helpful but not proactive in my futile search for the wallet which contains ALL my credit cards. Nightmare.

The views from my hotel room over the ocean and islands were absolutely spectacular! I also had a great view of the hotel’s beautiful pools. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and the bathroom extremely modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful looking after all my needs from laundry to meals. My lovely driver took me to see the National Park, where the ferries go to Rabbit Island, to eating at the Kep sailing club and having fresh crabs from the crab market at Kimly’s! I wish to highly recommend the Kep Bay Hotel and Resort! 10/10!

Clean, spacious rooms with great AC. Pool is huge and cleaned daily. Plenty of loungers, play area for children and a small pool area for children. Breakfast was simple and nice. The food and drinks in the pool bar were brilliant. We ate here every night. It is close to Sunset Cafe, Kep National Park and the boats to tour islands and rabbit island. Kep Beach is a short walk and is lovely. We used a regular tuk tuk and this was the handiest way to get around. I would highly recommend this accommodation if staying in Kep.

Would be great if you could buy snacks at the bar e.g. crisps, chocolate etc.

This hotel was so nice and peaceful to stay in. We ended up for two days mostly being at the pool but the first night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. We had crab curry and salad. Really delightful and prepared so well. The swimming pool had to be the highlight of the trip really so we spent the most time just enjoying the pool, with cold beverages or just swimming. The walk to the beach is quite easy so we walked the final day to the beach and then walked down a bit.

Confutable room, clean rooms, very love facilities, including tea, coffee, sugar and 02 bottles waters. room is very nice with their offer the best room to see the sea view. The room is very bigger. The staff are very smiling, kindly and helpful. The receptionist is very warm to welcome us when we were checking in the hotel. The GM very kindly for free upgrade rooms for us with no charge and helpfully. The food is very delicious for lunch, Dinner, also breakfast 😍. The swimming pool is very lovely and bigger. the breakfast have many choices for selection of them. The hotel is near on the beach 🏖 just walk around 5 minutes arrive the beach. we would please recommend to have lunch and dinner at this resort for cleaning, good service, delicious food and fresh seafood of their cooking for us. the location is quite for good relaxing on my holiday 🙏❤️💙💚! We will come back again for stay at there on my holiday..

The hotel is very excellency with very good service, kindly and helpful for any we are inquires from them. The location is close to the beach and just walk 5 minutes to the beach. The surrounding hotel is very lovely. The swimming pool is very nice with large swimming pool and it lovely of this pool. The breakfast is very have chose for during we stayed and love it all so much. All the staff is very helpful and warm welcome to us when we arrived the hotel also they are very good of smiling. The GM is very kindly and best offered of we suggested. The room is very nice and we are love with they decoration.
