The location is good, especially if you hire a bike . The Crab Market, beach and national park are all within easy reach. It is a very attractive haven to return to and the manager and his wife very friendly.

Because there were so few visitors post Covid, the bar and restaurant only really opened to order. Sometimes the water in the pool was rather cloudy.

We booked 2 rooms close together. But the smaller room had a broken AC. So they moved my parents to a bungalow and I got the bigger room that was going to be my parents. All for the same price. The hot water was fantastic. The area was quiet and away from the noise of the beach and tourists. They even let my pet cat stay with me - no questions asked and no extra charge.

The TVs didn’t work - but we all had iPads. So it didn’t matter. The parking area was a bit small, but sufficient enough.

what a gem of a place to stay , location within walking distant of town . Quiet and peaceful and very chilled . They washed our clothes free of charge . The pool and pool area is a little oasis . Room was lovely and very clean . Omelette at breakfast was the best so far over the 5 weeks . The owner and his family could not do enough for us . we wish them well .

We loved everything about this place

Very beautiful resort just 10 mins from Kep Beacb with spacious rooms and lovely pool and restaurant area. The breakfast is delicious and complete, they even have really good bread! The reception staff was very helpful and warm, we came for new year and they even offered to have dinner together and celebrate with them. We stayed 3 nights and had a great time.

Excellent layout of the grounds in relation to the room. The room itself is a self-contained cottage, handsomely furnished with clean, tasteful decor. There is a porch with table and chairs located just outside. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. The grounds were very peaceful, offering a return to nature for those who want to retreat from the buzz of city-life.

The lane the resort is located on is easy to miss, as is the faded sign telling you where to turn. Arrival at night is not recommended, unless you have been there before. Food options were limited, with very few western dishes available. There are a few road-side stalls located 5-10 minutes away (by foot) for cheap eats, and a bakery / cafe for better food choices. The resort is a 30-minute brisk walk to Kep beach. If time is limited, it is best to have your own transportation.

I always look for this hotel first, when visiting Kep. I like the layout, and all the shade from the surrounding trees and plants around the pool. It's not too far from the market, and restaurants. The aircon worked very well, and no problems with the wi fi.

the property is so gorgeous, a paradise in the small town of Kep. The owners are so so kind, so welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, the AC was cold. Can’t fault the place, if we ever come back to Kep we would 100% come back to the Darica resort.

Nothing, was perfect.

There are lots of trees and flowering plants on the property. Each bungalow stands alone away from each other. The pool is very nice with a shallow end for kids. Lots of shade from all the trees. Nice complimentary breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Booked me a tuk-tuk to Kampot. Overall it’s a very nice place to stay. I would go again.

I was there during COVID so the bar and restaurant were not operating at full capacity. The pool is having a problem with leakage so the water level is about 10 inches lower than it should be but it is still nice. The water pressure for the shower could be better.

- They should build the road from main road to their resort. It’s a terrible path to such a lovely resort. - The bathroom is dark and super noisy from the fan in it. There is no hair dryer in the room while they have swimming pool.
