A lovely setting with beautiful trees and flowers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an enormous room with a lovely balcony with a beautiful view and a hammock.

There were lots of small things to improve as they were charging too prices. No mirror in the bedroom only in the outside bathroom which meant getting very hot when drying your hair. Only tissues no napkins in the restaurant. Many of the sun lounger cushions were split so the foam poked out. The basin in our room was cracked. These are all things that downgrade somewhere but are easily sorted. We were given vouchers for breakfast! Which no one looked at. We were told we couldn’t put things on the bill like drinks/ lunch but you could!

Beautiful location with great views over the sea in Kep. The gardens were very well maintained and they were lush and green. The infinity pool was a great place to cool down and enjoy a few drinks at sunset. The man who works in the bar spoke very good English, was cheerful and friendly and had an excellent memory for customer drinks! All the staff seemed to speak good English and they were all very friendly and efficient. The Villa Penthouse room was really lovely. It was great to have air con because it was very hot during the day. We loved the open bathroom. Breakfast was good. We had dinner there one evening and it was very tasty.

The bed was a bit hard for our liking and the pillows weren't great (one was too high and one was too low!). The bathroom mirror was rather dirty and could do with a thorough clean as it looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

Absolutely everything from the Architecture to the big rooms and the services provided by the employees, especially the receptionist, but also the staff at the morning buffet. They were always very attentive which is highly appreciated. I absolutely recommend the „cliff“ rooms, it‘s worth the money. They are huge and I‘ve never seen a higher ceiling. I can recommend: - the tasty morning buffet with amazing views - the infinity pool with amazing views - bus service: we reserved the bus to Phnom Penh at the hotel The flexibility of the staff is exceptional. Moreover, communication was always good. I was informed about anything I needed to know, also through the apps. I would choose this accommodation again!

Be prepared that it‘s on a hill. If your health condition is so-so, better get a tuktuk/taxi with your luggage.

This is a beautiful property with great views. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There were so many options to pick from. AC worked well in our rooms. Our children loved the pool. We appreciated that we were able to bring some nieces and nephews over to enjoy the pool for a small fee. The staff members were very friendly.

We stayed in the Family Ocean retreat. Room 10A had more mosquitoes than the other room so we had to zap them daily. The other room only had a few and we only had to zap the first day. There were animal droppings every morning in the living room area which is expected in an open setting. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay at the property again when we return to Kep.

Stunning setting overlooking Gulf of Thailand with spectacular sunsets from the restaurant. Wonderful natural use of terraced site with wooden walkways through tropical forest landscape. All members of staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Delightful staff team and excellent food. Two beautiful pools - infinity overlooking the sea and a Freeform garden pool nestling amongst the trees. Lovely spa treatments too!

Everything was exceptional.

This is right on the edge of the national park and very much in keeping with it. Nicely designed in all respects. Very quiet room with great views. There are two good sized swimming pools. Midweek in January 2023, it was deserted.

It was not possible to charge food and drink at the restaurant to the room bill, because they are "separate". Well fine, but that's not really putting the customer first. Better to separate these things internally, in a way that doesn't affect the customer experience, I'd say. When I checked in, I was too early for the room to be ready, which was fair enough. I went into town and Reception said they would Whatsapp me when the room was ready. They didn't.

This hotel is a real gem. We arrived from Siem Reap despite a strong storm and were greeted extremely well. The staff constantly shows the most delicate attentions. Outstanding service all in a very tasteful apartment room. The hotel is very well located in a quiet area in the heart of a wonderful vegetation, close to downtown ant the National Park. The food is very good and having breakfast in this magnificent residence allows you to start the day in the best conditions. Go for it !!!!!

Had one of the most remarkable stays of my life here. For the price paid- this is world class value for money. The rooms were amazing , staff went above and beyond, cleanliness was on point, and the facilities were second to none. The breakfast is amazing and world class with an egg and noodle station. The eco style living feels likes you’re living in a forest but with all the amenities of a 5 star place. Highly highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat. The pools were amazing and infinity pool was mind blowing

Nothing.

This eco resort is gorgeous, surrounded by trees and gardens which afford privacy for each of the rooms. It is set on a hillside so plenty of stairs to get around. We stayed in the family ocean retreat, (we have stayed there before) and it has a large veranda and daybed. Each bedroom, there are 2, has an ensuite and also there is a coffee machine available. From our arrival the welcome drinks and fruit basket were just the beginning of the amazing service provided. The buffet breakfast is outstanding and you could want for nothing. It also includes all types of tea and coffee, lattes and cappuccino for instance. We spent a lot of tile at the infinity pool and Rey the bartender made us excellent cocktails. Oh my gosh! What an absolutely incredible experience. everything at this beautiful hotel is designed for luxury and comfort. The pools were incredible, the food...WOW!!!! and the staff were so helpful and so friendly, What a lovely stay. We had an amazing time. its also super close to the market and even thought the hill has a bit of a walk, it is beautiful scenery and super tranquil. The view from our room was spectacular! the vibe, the ambience... what a beautiful holiday. Thank you.
