Large balcony Friendly staff

There was a theft incident with our safe locker, but management reimbursed us for the error (stolen money) as the safe was not upto the mark. I hope they learn from their mistakes and bolt their safes next time and get good quality ones that can't be opened by cleaning staff

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room I had was large, very clean and had a balcony looking out to the waterfront. The food was also very good, both in the hotel dining room as well as the restaurant on the deck at the top of the hotel. The hotel reception staff were fantastic, helping me to plan my activities/tours and arranging transport and a tour guide. The room rates provided excellent value for money, and I extended my stay there. Would stay there again on another visit to Phnom Penh.

There was nothing I didn't like. The traffic outside the hotel was heavy at times, but the windows are sufficiently insulated that the traffic noise wasn't a disturbance

The hotel reception is a little deceptive as it looks quite plain and nothing fancy with the staff a little abrupt. It is simply their nature and they are not being rude. The executive suite we booked was incredible sleeping 3 of us with great comfort. There was a sitting area for us to eat and a great balcony where you could see the Mekong River and the city life. The bonus with this hotel is the rooftop terrace which had incredible views and sitting in the heat on an evening was phenomenal. I would certainly recommend for families as the rooms are very spacious and the hotel is in walking distance to bars and the markets.

The set up of the hotel is plain but there wasnt anything negative about this hotel.

This was a top notch hotel!!! One of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to details was wonderful. The location was incredible. Views of the monastery and the river both across the street. Easily able to walk to the riverfront and any restaurants & Tuk tuks available 24/7 right out the front doors. I also enjoyed Moon, the rooftop bar 2 out of the 3 nights I was there. amazing views of the city and riverfront. I even got to see the fireworks for the Cambodian Independence Day celebration from the roof. A wonderful memory from my stay here.

The Hotel was amazing, 5/5 stars. My only suggestions would be food. There were so few vegan options to choose from at both the Rooftop bar and the restaurant below. Fresh fruit options for breakfast & Non dairy milk would be appreciated. They are small details but would make a big difference. I would totally stay here again. Really lovely hotel. thank you

The panoramic suite overlooking the river which had a fabulous view. The staff from door man to manager was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient to accommodate my early check in request. The maintenance staff quickly fixed leaking water sink. The manager offered replace a smelly fridge resulted from previous guest. The restaurant staff delivered breakfast to my room when I wasn't in mood stepping out my room. Everyone was caring about my needs to ensure that I were enjoying my stay.

The Panorama suite was excellent, plenty of room and the facilities were first rate. Drinking water was available via dispensers on most floors, so plastic water bottle pollution is minimized. The view of the river and main streets were nice, but noisy on busy nights. The location was great, near most key tourist sites and a multitude of shops and restaurants. Breakfast, fortunately included in the room rate, at the Sambro restaurant was excellent, if a bit too formal. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

Brilliant location with spacious balcony to relax on. Huge bathtub. Great selection of breakfast options. Cool rooftop bar with blues band playing at weekends. Lovely staff in every station.If you are staying on 3rd floor at weekends don't expect to get to sleep before midnight as the bar is lively

Concerns about security as the rooftop bar is open to the public. There is a door to bedrooms which should only be accessible to guests with room keys but it was unlocked.

We only stayed here a week ago, this time returning for just one night on our way out of Cambodia. The staff remembered everything about us, welcomed us back like old friends and even left a personalised note in our room thanking us for returning. Those are lovely touches. Great location, great staff, delicious breakfasts.

Last time, we commented about the bad smell of sewage which was the one thing that spoiled a lovely hotel. Well, it wasn’t there at all this time, maybe they’ve cured the problem!

Hotel is located a few minutes from the royal palace. We stayed in the executive suit which is huge. Comfortable beds and good aircon. Well designed furniture. A nice breakfast is served in the separate restaurant on the ground floor. A nice rooftop bar serves good cocktails.

The entrance hall feels like an office reception. The staff is not friendly. One get the feeling to deal with a public administration. Commercial sense is lacking.

The location was great, and the view from the balcony over the river great too. Breakfast was a la carte, not buffet which surprised me but the chicken curry I had was delicious. Bed was firm and the room was very well decorated with real plants!

The bath was huge but the hot water very limited. It ran out very quickly and it took me ages to finally have a deep hot bath. Why have a nice deep big bath if you can't fill it with hot water all at once? Even in the shower it ran out quickly, just as well it was only me, any person after me would have had a lukewarm shower.
