Room great....location great .....breakfast great.....staff great.....everyone very helpful

They could improve certain business processes. 1) They want the customer to fill out the registration paperwork. Not acceptable. Other hotels fill it out and the customer signs it. 2) They don't have a channel guide for the television. 3) I asked for a quiet room with a view, Booking. Com. They give me a room closest to the construction with a stairwell. There were options. Not an isolated occurence. Don't they read? A few improvements could earn them a 5+ star rating.

Location, facilities, staff. Overall a very good experience. I have been going there for years and plan to return.

I have been going there for years, and plan to return. Most of the staff are excellent and the rooms are fine. The facilities are modern and well maintained. Location is very good. I was greeted warmly by the reception staff who went through the checking in procedures efficiently and swiftly. The room was big and the toilet facilities was good. The daily morning breakfast offers a good and tasty spread of dishes with the canteen staff greeting politely to all visitors . I liked the coffee here. Location wise, its a stone's throw to the riverside when the Tonle Sap river is. Throughout my 3 days stay here , i enjoyed my morning and evening walks along this riverside. Thre are many restaurants nearby and a 24 hours convenience store , Neils, just opp the hotel.

The air con was not cold enough. After returning from my shopping and sight seeing trips, i find the room slightly humid even with the air con turned on. This makes it slightly uncomfortable .

The hotel location is ideal being in the heart of the city which makes it very convenient. While it is busy in the area, the room was quiet with plenty of room. The facilities were nice and the morning breakfast had plenty of options. This is not a high end, luxury hotel but for the price and location, it is hard to beat. A bonus part of the hotel is on the top floor where there is a lot of windows which makes for a nice lookout over the city and the river.

The only thing I can think of is very minor thing. In the room I had, there was a support column in the room right next to the middle part of the bed. I could get in and out of the bed but the entry was more from the end. I didn't see any other rooms to know if this was unique to my room or it was throughout the hotel. I guess I didn't have to worry about the ceiling over the bed not being supported very well. :)

The location of this hotel is near the river and also 5 min walk to the Night market. There is also a morning local market 1 street away and it was really nice buying things there in the morning. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and the rooms etc are huge and there were also 2 toilets and shower facilities which were great for our family of 4. Just outside the hotel are the night bars but just ignore them will do if you are having your family around. Hotel staff are excellent and attentive and spoke good english. Morning buffet breakfast was great too!

Rooms are not that new but it was ok to overlook.

The room was clean and the hotel location is great. ,But my initial room booked through booking.com was without any window (and not clearly stated at booking). On request, Srey Mom gave me a room with a window and told me it is a free upgrade. Thanks for that. Breakfast was adequate for my needs.

The staff in the breakfast area and room maids struggled to speak English. But, I understood from my friend there is a shortage of workers/staff in Phnom Penh.

Location, over all service outstanding ,including the breakfast staff. Attractive building.

Communications. Friendly front desk staff but NEED to keep it simple. I inquired about weekly and long term rates. Still waiting. Breakfast is okay, but the coffee was disappointing. I wish to stress the coffee issue. I brag to the World that Cambodian coffee is among the best. NOT AT THE LUX. Room on the small side. Directions to my room not posted. Had to mosey around to find it Some loud mouth ahs in the breakfast area using cell phones.

Reasonably priced, modest accommodation for this area. Right in the middle of the nightlife scene with bars and restaurants all around. Breakfast was reasonable though not a wide choice of dishes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My room had no external view and instead looked out to a narrow, dim internal courtyard leading it to be overlooked from other rooms. The hotel had offered to arrange a car to collect us at the airport but this never happened.
