It is a beautiful hotel with old world charm. A highlight is definitely the roof terrace with bar and pool. The room was well appointed and really neat and clean. The room service was impeccable.. The breakfast was rather manageable with one sort of sausage... no piece of cheese. But for modest claims quite sufficient.

Breakfast staff bored and unmotivated - really bad. When ordering a taxi at the reception, a waiting driver from the mafia area was called to us, who then demanded 300% of the price. Management should stop that !! We then had to organize ourselves at the normal price.

the property was situated a very short walk from the main river , it was a tidy building and had security and someone to help with cases , it had a lovely rooftop restaurant where you have a very nice buffet breakfast with great views , too small but nice swimming pools on top floor overlooking the city , one warm pool , one cold pool and an absolutely gorgeous swimming pool outside on the lower floor and also a small gym , there is a market within meters of the front of the hotel so always something going on outside , the room was nice , clean & had nice little balcony but the bar opposite could be a little loud early evening but not so loud I couldn’t sleep , a few roads away is the craziness of all the bars & girls , girls for every single man wanting company ,

Great choice of accommodation for Phnom Penh! Ticked all our boxes. Initially booked 2 nights and we have added another 6 nights more on. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, all staff are friendly, buffet breakfast has a large selection and monitored well, pool on ground level and rooftop where restaurant is, gym facilities. Right near river front food and bars. We discovered another food and bar street ( 172 ST) easy walk and good prices! Tuk Tuks right outside to take you to all the sites, to airport etc

Good hotel on the central area of Phnom Penh within walking distance of most things. we were mostly in room 217 which was a really good corner room with lots of light, great bed and good shower. We added an additional night so changed to room 504 which was a bit tatty and dated. The pool down stairs was a good size with sun beds, although we spent most of the time in the plunge pools on the roof which were really good. Breakfast was buffet with an egg station and was good. We never used the restaurant in the day or evening although we used the bar which was ok.

Still a good place. I've stayed here several times before and always enjoyed it. The hot and cold plunge pools on the roof are a big plus. Tasty breakfast. Large and comfortable room.

In the past the rooftop restaurant was a real plus. There was an extensive menu with a substantial discount for hotel guests. This is no longer the case. The menu is very limited with no Asian dishes and no discount. Also in the past, there was inexpensive draft beer. That is no longer the case. I cannot recommend the restaurant. While the room was very clean as were most areas of the hotel, the area by the ground floor pool was not at all clean. There were bird droppings on the loungers. There was mud and standing water behind many of the loungers.

Great small hotel in a very good location near the waterfront and palace area of the city. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and always smiled. Room was comfortable and well appointed, including a safe. The hotel and room had a good vibe and feel. The roof top spas were excellent to relax in following a busy day trekking through temples. Staff were very attentive providing drinks and snacks to the spa. The roof top view was excellent as it was 360 degrees around including the river, palace, city skyline and other night views.

The bed were very firm, but this turned out to be related to a county standard, not just the hotel as all other hotels (2) had very firm beds as well.

The main pool area was nice. The rooftop restaurant had a good view. Beds were comfortable. The room was huge! I liked that a water cooler was provided by reception to refill your bottle. Location was awesome, close to the Riverside walk and many restaurants. Breakfast was pretty basic but sufficient.

Shower was not hot, only warm, with badly positioned shower head, and bathtub plug badly leaked, as fast as water ran in, it went out. The rooms were very noisy and bright as there were gaps around the door.

Ohana is a lovely little hotel. I don't have big list of requirements for a hotel but thus place ticked all 4 of my minimums Clean sheets - tick Comfy bed - tick tick Clean bathroom - spotless, although be aware my room had a shower over bath Wifi that works - tickets tick The location is awesome. Walking distance to the royal palace and all the sights. Just across the road from the Mekong which is great for an evening stroll. The pool looks fantastic but I didn't get to use it as there was so much to see and do in Phnom Penh The staff were just lovely. Everything I asked for they were happy to help, and helped me sort out my any hurdles I had Breakfasts were delicious and very filling. Definitly check out the rooftop bar. The views are great, the food tasty and the do a mean Pina Colada

Very minor, but there is a shower over the bath. Not an issue but something to be aware of for us older folks

We chose to return to stay at Ohana Hotel after having stayed here once before. It was more than comfortable that we added an extra 6 nights to our stay. Rooms are clean, good size and beds and pillows comfortable. Rooftop bar/restaurant has shaded or non shaded seating for buffet breakfast. Pool on rooftop aswell as a lower ground pool and gym. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is good and many choices of restaurant, bars on riverside. We were very thankful to the staff who listened and fulfilled my requests of room needs.

Suggestion: The current shade cover over rooftop outdoor seating and pool doesn’t stop the sun. Make full shade cover to be able to sit outside during the day.

Excellent location 50 metres from riverfront promenade. Close to restaurants, ATMs and the bar area but close enough to bars to suffer fro the noise. Good-sized, clean room with comfortable bed and decent-sized balcony. Lvely views acroos the river from the rootop breakfast room.

Breakfast had lots of choice and good quality - but not a lot for Westerners. Toast and eggs with a (VERY strong) coffee was enough for me and to be fair, there were also cereals and fruit. Only negatives of the room were that shower was within a bathtub and one wall was glass - frosted but no blind or curtain and, as seems to be fashionable nowadays, lighting was quite dim even with everything switched on. Only minor issues really that didn't spoil my stay.
