Everthing was like the pictures on booking .com .it was immaculately clean and the staff were very helpful we asked to move as we didnt like the view which was a brick wall but no hesitation they mooved us straight away .The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and all fresh they even allowed us to eat breakfast earlier as we neededto leave for a flight .The pool area was also kept immaculately clean the staff were so helpful and were really friendly and happy nothing was too much trouble for them definitely worth the money to stay there which was actually excellent value for money just wish we had been able to stay longer.

Our stay at Anik Palace was Totally Amazing! From the minute we arrived until we sadly had to depart, our stay was Wonderful. Every staff person was quick to assist, the breakfast selection was vast, beautifully presented, & delicious, and the rooms very nice & clean. The bathroom had thick white towels, as well as any toiletries you may need. I was recovering from an accident where I had surgery & then had to re-admit again due to complications. Imagine our delight, when some of the staff came to the hospital with a large bouquet of Beautiful flowers. We were treated like Royalty throughout our lengthy stay & after speaking with other guests they all reported Great service also. We look forward to returning again next year to continue with all the pampering we received at Anik Palace Hotel.

The breakfast was really excellent everyday. There was a good choice of local/ Asian/ continental offerings, including really nice fruit selection, crispy bacon, and good coffee. The breakfast room was also very spacious and a nice place to eat. The staff were professional, always helpful and were attentive and friendly. The food on both the room service menu and poolside and at dinner were reasonably priced for a hotel of that quality and was always good in terms of taste, portion size, and range. The room was very clean and had a super comfy bed. The location was really good for other restaurants, pharmacy, ATM etc. Also the rooftop is really pretty at night, and has a great view of the independence monument.

The laundry was a little pricey, and one dress shrank.

Great location for the hotel, there was so many restaurants and bars around the hotel that we didn't really need to take any transport anywhere. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of food choices and our F&B Manager was very hospitable. We also used the pool facilities and the bar at the pool, absolutely worth sitting down for a sunset drink on the pool beds. The pictures do justice to your experience. The room itself was very tastefully done, they discourage using plastic in any form. So toiletries and drinking water came in sustainable packaging.

Amazing staffs, Sambor and Nara at the pool rooftop bar were the best. Room was clean. Rooftop and food was amazing. Also the room was ready early and they allowed us to check in earlier, thank you so much.

Room a bit dark. Staffs at reception were not really friendly. During checkout, i was asked to return the laundry bag if not I would need to pay 15dollars, the way the staff demanded it was a bit condescending. Didn’t know of such charges, would’ve been better if there was a note or memo to inform the charge of the laundry bag

3rd stay at Anik and always enjoy the experience. Staff are always happy and helpful and that is one of the nicest hotels I stay in that respect. Pool is very clean and good area for sun worship. Pool food and bar service is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful and good quality. Afternoon tea. See photo.

Room I had this time really didn't have any natural light as it's window was 4 foot away from a brick wall. Bit dissapointed but guess you win some and lose some in allocation. The lamps warming the beans, bacon and sausage are not good enough and they are always cold.

This hotel was one of the best ones we have stayed at! An amazing experience, from check-in, to the modern and classy building, the room was great and bed very comfortable. The rooftop on the 13th floor has got a great pool and sunbeds (which were always available in the afternoon) and a poolbar. Plenty of choice at the breakfast and very delicious. the location is good, very centrally located in Phnom Penh and a short walk to many restaurants, sights etc.

Only thing is that their menu had no vegetarian options which was a bit strange, but didn’t bother us too much as we went out for dinner (some nice vegan/vegetarian places nearby).

Very friendly and helpful staff, pool and jacuzzi was unbelievably good-you will never want to leave. Buffet breakfast was very tasty- however the food was often not very hot. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. My only regret was not staying longer!

only a few small things - some of the gym machines couldn’t be used my taller people (I am 173cm and was too tall for some things). It is about 2km from most things we wanted to do so you’ll need to get $2USD tuk tuk to sights such as night market or royal palace. Also they advertised in their directory as having insect repellant upon request but when we asked, they didn’t have any. All of these wouldn’t stop me from staying again however!

Amazing staff. Big welcome on arrival by Sopher and lots of very helpful support particularly from Phearith. Breakfast and bar staff also great. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a great ambience. Pool area is amazing and a lovely room for a very comprehensive breakfast. we stayed in Rm 908 with a city view which was really good. Location is excellent for restaurants and bars and other tourist attractions.

Great experience from check in to check out. Would like to specially thank managers Sokheang and Seam for there attention to detail. Room were amazing atmosphere was excellent roof top pool and bar area amazing. Breakfast by Joe and the team was outstanding. Requested a special dinner for our last night was short notice because of me but Joe jumped into action and had everything ready the same evening and was spectacular. Would definitely stay here everytime I come back to Cambodia.
