Smallish place so not too crowded. Central location with lots of restaurants close by. The larger rooms are spacious and comfortable. Toilets are clean. Breakfast is good. But above all the staff are super nice and helpful. A special shout out to Ms. Phaly and Mr Seng at the front desk for their excellent customer service. There is a pool for relaxing.

The cheaper rooms are quite small so I always stay in the larger ones.

The staff was helpful. The property had a great location in the middle of the city of Phnom Penh. It has good cocktails if you fancy some and a good pool.

The rooms were tiny and didn’t have a view at all. The property needs huge maintenance checks and repairs. The flush wasn’t working and the showers are really slow. We had to change the room in order to ensure we have rooms with good showers and toilet flushes. Apart from this, the hotel is good.

Older hotel, but still decent enough. Lovely pool and breakfast spread. I liked the location as it made it easy to get good local and international food. Starbucks near by. I felt safe and comfortable although the rooms are older.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. However I had an unexpected experience with a staff member who tried to help me organise a bus to the south. I think he assumed I was an ignorant blonde tourist and I was over charged by double the amount as opposed to simply paying online for a bus. This was upsetting as if his price was lower I would’ve had no issue with him charging me a little extra as a tip for helping me out. This caused me a little stress as I was left purchasing my bus ticket online the night before but all worked out in the end.

The pool area was lovely, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good! They also do happy hour nearly all day on cocktails and beer. It’s nice to be able to sit round the pool with a drink. The pool was a lovely design. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot with great pressure. It’s also in a great location surrounded by many restaurants. There is a sports bar on the same road that plays all the matches if you’re interested in that kind of thing.

Our room never got cleaned, but that doesn’t bother me too much. They gave us enough toiletries to last us our time.

The location is perfect surrounded a variety of restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice. Price is perfect. Its safe place to stay. Recommended!

House keeping department should improve their cleanliness. They are nice but the room is not really clean. I checked-in, my bed looks clean but its was not clean. The bed sheet smell so bad, same like they didnt change the bed sheet so I ask them to change it again and everything was ok. When its raining, Its had a smell came from the toilet. I woke up everyday at 7:30 am because there have a building construction near the hotel.

The food is superior and the conduct of the staff was very good. The hotel has the most beautiful swimming pool, with chairs looking like, it's standing in the swimming pool.

The fact the the swimming pool is so close to the dinning area... The can close off the opening between the swimmy pool and the dinning area partly, leaving only an opening for entrance and exit. The can have another entrance/excit point from the side of the reception area, for the shy ones, who doesn't want to go through the dinning area. I can be called for an explanation.

We like the location, the friendly staff, the room service.

I hope that they would put a board or a sign what drinks we can request. Because sometimes people are too shy to ask so I think if there's a board that can tell us we could ask the staff for hot drinks it would be better.

Position is perfect and centered with very nice restaurants around. The staff of the hotel is very welcoming and helpful, especially kuy lay helped us solving an emergency (lack of Cambodian money cash exchange).

Maybe the breakfast could be improved and have more options , richer and refilled regularly.

The breakfast options were diverse; there's something for everyone. The room was very comfortable and for the most part quiet. The AC and hot water worked great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had drain flies, which were mildly annoying-- otherwise, the room was very clean.
