The staff were the best I have encountered in all of my travels. Especially "Heart", she was so nice, kind and helpful. I really miss our morning conversations. All the staff made my wife and I feel so special. The breakfast was amazing, so many choices. They made us a super big flat white coffee for us every day. Location was perfect, supermarket right next door, restaurants and shops all the way down to the night markets. The pool was perfectly clean. The room was cleaned every day and it was spotless. I felt so safe and happy here. I loved Cambodia, and this Hotel gave me the best experience. Don't give this hotel a second thought. just do it. I miss them so much.

Met my expectations at this price point. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was adequate. Room was comfortable but wardrobe was very dark and had no light , as is usual in hotels. Honest tuk tuk drivers outside. Would stay again.

Better bathroom lighting would benefit female guests in particular. Probably just needs stronger globes.

We loved every moment spent at Memoire d'Angkor, from the moment we stepped off the plane and were greeted by the hotels drivers bubbly personality to the warm smiles from Judy and her colleagues when entering the hotel lobby. Judy and her colleagues did everything to make our stay perfect and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning, served by Leap and her colleagues every morning was always a cheerful start to my morning. The food was wonderful, and the lovely staff always took an interest in what we did the day before and what our plans were for the coming day. The old French colonial hotel was lovely to stay at, but the people who work there make the place a truly remarkable home away from home. I have never stayed at a hotel anywhere in the world where the staff made you so welcomed and would do anything in their power to make your stay extremely comfortable. Thank you to each and every one of the staff for making our first visit to Cambodia so memorable, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

We loved this Khmer owned hotel. It was very neat and clean and friendly. We arrived very early and were allowed an early room and a late departure. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were gorgeous, especially Leap and Hach and Mr Toma. Breakfast had such a variety of offerings, western and Asian. The pool is very pretty and a great size. The hotel is in a great position, next door to Lucky supermarket and a few steps from Angkor Market. Only a 15 minute amble to Psar Cha, Central market, Made in Cambodia Market and night life. Highly recommend this place especially as they support a local organisation that trains Cambodians in the hospitality industry, a very worthwhile action.

Great room. Very good space and fittings etc. Everything good quality. Overall very good indeed. The staff were super friendly and helpful - their engagement with us and wish to please was fantastic. The net experience of staying there was overwhelmingly positive. I saw other grand, resort type hotels further out from the City, but I doubt they could match the Memoire D'Angkot's small scale, genuine interest in their guests. Would stay there again without hesitation.

There was an issue - I guess particular to our room - with water somehow coming in at floor level in the bathroom. It was a bit unwelcome but caused us no particular problem. The bathroom could generally have been better finished. Also the warm water took ages to arrive. This is being honest - but, as noted above, I would stay there again without hesitation...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Memoire D'Angkor Boutique Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Siem Reap, with easy access to the magnificent Angkor Wat temple complex and other attractions. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by the beautiful architecture and the serene atmosphere that permeated the property. The rooms at Memoire D'Angkor are spacious, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. My room was meticulously clean and well-maintained, providing a perfect sanctuary after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional level of service. The staff members were warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They were always available to assist with any request or provide valuable local knowledge, ensuring that I made the most of my time in Siem Reap. The hotel's facilities were top-notch. The swimming pool was a welcome oasis, offering a tranquil retreat to unwind and cool off from the Cambodian heat. The spa services provided were also exceptional, and I indulged in a rejuvenating massage that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. The dining options at Memoire D'Angkor were excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a wide array of delicious options to suit every palate. I also had the opportunity to sample the hotel's restaurant for dinner, and I was blown away by the quality of the food and the impeccable service provided by the attentive staff. One minor area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi connection, which at times was a bit slow.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really brilliant. Very friendly and warm. Special thanks to Leap and Hat (sorry if spelling is wrong!) our breakfast servers. We really enjoyed chatting to them and they really looked after us. The breakfast was fantastic. And we enjoyed using the gym and relaxing at the pool. Our room was spacious, location great and we felt that the hotel offered really good value for money.

The bathroom in our room could do with some updating. Some spray bottles with sanitizer would be good in the gym. The pool area could do with a refresh but these are small things which didn’t affect our stay.

The hotel is well situated near the Siem Reap museum, next door to an upscale supermarket and 10mn by foot from pub street. It is on a quiet road. The staff was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool was as great as in the pictures. The Junior suite was large and very nice, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was great, the shower was powerful with hot water. The breakfast was not a buffet (covid times), there was enough tasty options, the coffee was good too and the breakfast location was also nicely decorated. There was a great khmer restaurant called "Try me" 5mn from the hotel, targetting foreigners but without the up-pricing from more central locations. The food was excellent and the bill was raisonnable (3,5 to 4$ for the food and 1$ a fruit smoothie). Well deserved its great reviews on googlemap. There was a good spa massage 5mn from the hotel, called the "Glory Spa". Their signature massage and foot massage were great. Must have after a long day.walking around Angkor temples. Well deserved its great reviews on googlemap. The quality I got for the price I paid was great.

Breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of choice and we really could eat our fill every day. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable and they very quickly learnt your favourate morning brew (my ginger tea was made specially for me each day) and they seemed genuinely interested in how we were experiencing the food, culture, excursions etc. The room was cleaned beautifully each day although that was often left until mid afternoon before being done. Afternoon naps were comfortable around the pool area so it wasn't a problem. The pool was spotlessly clean.

We have no complaints

The staff couldn't have been more warm, friendly, and efficient. They made our stay very pleasant. And the breakfast was simply topnotch. Fresh, delicious and a great variety. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The only negative was the WiFi. At least in our room it wasn't very good. The connection on my phone kept dropping and streaming on our laptops was a bit slow. But unless you really need a fast connection all of the time, don't let this one thing keep you from staying at what is otherwise a wonderful hote.
