Very friendly helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant and bar had good menus well priced. Good breakfast with lots of variety for westerners. Overall, a value stay. May not be 5 stars on facilities but 5 star on what I think is more important- service.

Some of the furniture and facilities were a bit worn or dated. But that didn't matter to functionality of anything. Paid for a balcony room with hotel pictures showing front or pool rooms with balcony. Ours overlooked building next door complete with rusty roof and air conditioning units. Did not use it or even go out there. But then again it was too hot to be outside anyway.

Initial concerns about aircon not working but after the first night it sorted itself out. Never had a bath in the room before but I actually used it one afternoon when the pool was busy. Excellent pool and surrounding garden and bar proximity. Outstanding lobby. Very faded Americana with a conversation pit and excellent couches. Easy walk to the river and pub street. Staff who were helpful, even if you were not the usual minivan tour type. Manager speaks good English. They went out of their way to organise a delivery to Phnom Penh when I left a dress behind.

Though they had cereal, the eggs didn’t agree with my stomach and I got a bit sick of toast and jam. There were nice pastries but you needed to be early every day to bag one, Easy to have a brunch elsewhere, though, later in the morning.

This is a wonderfully run establishment, it is great value and a great location, the staff are very helpful, the restaurant and bar on site are good , it has a swimming pool and is near the market and bar street. Excursions to the temples and airport pick up are all easy to organise. Rooms are good , a fine shower and bathroom accessories are all included. I will be back.

Lovely place for the money. We had a triple room with balcony and it was very spacious. There was a fridge. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was lovely. The location was great and the staff were all friendly.

The breakfast was not great. No real juice or butter and very little variety, but it was free, so can't really complain. The internet was iffy. It was good when it was on, but it kept dropping in and out.

Location is great, close to the pub street and other nice areas in town. Room was spacious and comfortable, we slept amazingly. The pool area is really cool to relax and enjoy after a day of tours and strong heat. The tuk tuk pick up service was the best, we kept doing the tours with our driver, he's the best, his name is Bunthy! Ask for him ;)

A lovely little hotel just of the main street. Helpful staff, very clean and tuk tuks just outside. Mr. Sarooth picked us up from the airport and despite his lack of English became our driver for the 3 days we were in Siem Reap. He was polite, helpful and very kind. I would highly recommend using Mr Sarooth if you are staying at this lovely hotel.

Good situated close to pub Street and temple. Nice pool and clean room with a balcony and quite comfy beds.

Rather poor breakfast Not too much choice. Staff atthe reception could speak More english cause it was quite difficult to explainnsone things. But they were very nice and tried to help as much as they could.

The mattresses were firm and very comfortable. The location not bad .

The property was outdated, it could use some sprucing up . The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was not coffee But some brown coloured hot drink . The chairs at the pool are so very old and the staff hardly speaks any English .

The location of the hotel is great. It's back off the road so its not noisy at night.And very easy to get to the temples from here.. The staff are wonderful at reception and the restaurant..We had booked 3 nights but enjoyed the place so much we stayed 5.A really good base for exploring the town .Good restaurants and coffee are close
