The rooms were large, with a large comfy bed. We really liked the good-sized swimming pool with clean water. It came very handy after a long day exploring the archaeological site. The price was very competitive. The manager was informative and organised a tuk-tuk driver and scooter rental for us for a good price.

However, this hotel is in no way a 4-star as advertised. Rooms could be freshly painted as the walls were quite dirty and the paint in the ceiling was peeling. The AC was not working properly (it could not cool well) and was noisy. The bathroom could also be cleaner. More pillows could be provided, and toilet paper replenished every day without guests having to ask. Not all staff can speak English nor is knowledgeable about touristy things, and we had to wait for the receptionist/co-owner (who was not always there) to ask our questions. Unfortunately, during our stay, it was very noisy (steel grinders) from the neighbouring building site. Overall, however, we had a pleasant stay despite our experience was certainly not 4*.

The place was perfect!!!! Best value ever, short walk into pub street but away from all the noise..great place stay during the day then walk in to hustle and bustle or tuk tuk in ...locals are friendly and welcoming as you walk around golds gym is up the Rd. You're not going to get an authentic feel staying around pub start...see you again next year

Nothing couldn't fault the place!!!!!!,staff so friendly and helpful, rooms.cleanned daily modern boutique hotel...fumigated daily for mosquitoes....and pool cleaned daily not going to get better value for money !!!!

A nice property with large room facing a pool courtyard. hotel is not large, but the ambiance is tropical and agreeable. family run. extremely courteous staff. The hotel offers simple meals at very reasonable prices ,none over 4.50 dollars. I took a 3 day transportation service to visit the temples. the prices were fair and the tuk tuk drivers very good and pleasant. I stayed four nights.

the rooms could use less dark colors. nothing else I can think of. not close to the main restaurant area, but the tuk tuk s are cheap and safe. maybe that’s a plus.

The hotel is very well located for a 3 days (or more) visit in Angkor complex, 10 min by tuktuk as it is from Siem Reap center. Located thus in a peaceful area, you have also the pool (amazing!) and can enjoy food an drinks on the terrace. . The room was impressively spacious and clean. Everything is provided, even pool towels ! The most was Simon and all the staff team, they are so kind and helpful. The boss, Simon would give you many advices for hanging out downtown. Don't miss such a wonderful place !

I have visited more than 100 countries in my travels around the world as a photographer. Mostly I have stayed in cheap hotels, but also in more exclusive ones like Marina Bay Sands | Singapore. And believe me, this small hotel on the edge of Siem Riep city center beats them all. Both in comfort, room size and not least in price and feeling at home. A big advantage, however, is having a pool view and the 1st floor. Highly recommended.

Rooms very large, decorated with taste, with excellent comfort. Pool was open 24/7 (very useful after day dedicated to visiting temples when air temperature in the shade is 42°) Personel was very helpful, despite a few mishaps.

Location was a little bit excentered. Made finding good restaurants on foot difficult. Hotel food was OK, but not more. However Siem Reap center ("pub street" and its restaurant offer) 2km away could be reached with tuk tuk for 1,5 USD and a 10 mn ride...

very clean and nicely set. bed is extremely confortable, shower so nice, perfect pool and hotel very quiet for long nights after walking all over Angkor and Siam reap. staff very welcoming and will look for solutions and help for any questions you have. you feel almost at home in an already very welcoming city, just a few tuktuk minutes away from the party and loud noise of pub street if you want to go out for a few drinks in the evening. I highly recommend it.

you won’t be able to have dinner at the hotel but this is really not a problem as there are so many delicous restaurant in siam reap

super friendly and helpful staff (organised a trip to Angkor Temples for us, let us stay a bit longer after check out whilst waiting for our next transportation, stayed up longer to wait for us at check-in - overall amazing) Great size of the rooms and overall great with balcony, huge bed and en-suite bath great pool area

it is a bit further outside of Siem Reap however you can find cheap Tuk tuks ($1-2) to get you into town or back any time of day

Hotel was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy bathroom clean. nice spacious room. Brekky options were nice. Pool was clean and lovely to hangout in. location was perfect, we also were able to organise a scooter rental with the reception. Staff were great.

our air con broke in the middle of the night so was unable to get it fixed. was a rough hot night.

Pathetic childish staff more concerned with thier own social games and interactions. When wanting to order a meal, you need to physically search for one that might be willing to work, if you DARE interrupt one, followed by a look of contempt. Have you seen "Faulty Towers" ?.
