The rooms are very spacious, bright and clean. Note there is no elevator so if you’re on the third floor you need to take the stairs. Also the TV doesn’t work - they haven’t hooked them up to cable. The breakfast was good, you order from a menu with nice choices. The staff are very friendly and the cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room.

The hotel is further out from Pub street (I liked the location but for others visiting it might be a bit far). Sometimes difficult to get a Passapp because of the location. I did have to move rooms because of a leak in the roof due to lots of rain.

we had a great stay at Elysium Suite!!! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went beyond our expectation make sure our stay memorable. The building has a good design with peaceful environment (I really love this). Room was spotlessly clean with good size overlooking the pool. Breakfast was good enough for me, but it is good to have more options. Pool was a relaxing sport after tour and to wind down. Location is in town close to many eating places. If you’re looking for a good place to stay with nice people surrounding, I highly recommend Elysium Suite for you!!! Will return definitely!!!

I stayed in the hotel only for one night, but it was an amazing experience. The hotel is very beautiful , there is a swimming pool immersed in the garden, with a restaurant nearby to enjoy a drink. My room was really big and very clean. Everything was very good. The staff : Nana, Kanika, Bunso, Jessie were very very kind and helped me in everything. The hotel has a very good service with a driver that pick me up from the airport. I checked out very earlier because I made a tour for Angkor wat but they keep my bag and when I came back they offer me room to make a shower. I really appreciated since it was very hot during the day. I really recommend this place I surely came back.

This is a great hotel in Siem Riep. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was magnificent. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and they provided a very individual treatment to the guests. They were very helpful to arrange tours, guides, transportation, etc. The resort is not walk distance from the centre of town, but the tuk-tuk service provided by the hotel was great. It was a 3min ride. Super easy. I can’t recommend this place enough, as I’ve been to Siem Reap 3 times. This is the best place I’ve stayed there.

It was our first time traveling in Asia and I was worried about transportation and safety. However, the hotel provided excellent services for travelers and thanks to them. It was a memorable trip. It was definitely worth the money and I highly recommend it. The location was quiet and the hotel facilities were excellent. In short, for a stay in Siem Reap, this is our first choice.

The location is excellent, many restaurants close to the hotel and about 5min to Pub street. The hotel staff were very nice and helped us a lot in the itinerary for Angkor Wat. They suggested Mr Pheak who was the Tuk tuk driver who took us to the temples. He always had some cold water to offer us after each visit to a temple. The room was always clean and towels were changed every day. Air conditioning working very well. The pool is very large and clean with very good ambience. Breakfast had many options. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this place! The beds are new and so comfortable. It’s like home levels of comfort. Pool access rooms are really worth it for the easy few meters to the swimming pool with sunbeds that we could wind down. The ambience is super great with trees surrounding. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always ready to answer your questions. Location is close to everything. We would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay in Siem reap.

We stayed there for two nights and their service and facilities surprised us with the price we paid. Staff were really attentive and kind. They helped us to book tour to visit temples. Room was spacious and clean with good size. Swimming pool was really big and we enjoyed relaxing at the pool surrounded by tree. Location is in town and it just took us 1-2$ to pub street with tuk tuk. We would not say enough for this amazing place. Thanks everyone!!!

Had a really lovely time at this amazing hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. The setting of the hotel is really beautiful and lush with all the vegetation. The pool is cool and looks really beautiful surrounded by tree. The staff were so very helpful and attentive and were happy to help with any and all of our needs. Just a wonderful place to stay for 2 nights while exploring Angkor and Siem Reap area. Will be back!!!
