We had a wonderful time at Chateau d'Angkor La Residence. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated Socheata's help in arranging our day and evening trips. The rooms are very spacious, and the property is beautifully maintained. The hotel is in a good location for getting to restaurants and shops.

Excellent service, availability and friendliness of staff, spaciousness of units, lovely pool, and one of the best restaurants I found in Siem Reap.

There is a large selection of choices for breakfast (everything you could expect really). The location is very central, you can walk (or use a tuk tuk) to go anywhere in Siem Reap. The pool is really nice

The staff was exceptional. I was thrilled with our 2 bedroom apartment. So clean (daily), vintage and beautiful decor. The location is great. The best part was the staff and drivers. We used Vanna the car driver for airport trips and also for a lovely Grand Tour out to see temples. We learned so much from him and he was exceptional. He brought cold drinks for us and took us to lunch too. I can't say enough good things about him. We also used Sokha for our Tuk Tuk trips. It was so fun and easy as he took us anywhere we wanted and waited. One day I went alone with Sokha to temples to the jungle and he was so good about making me feel perfectly safe. He took many photos and taught me so much about the temples and the culture. He was just the perfect guide and tuk tuk driver.

I have stayed here before and the beds were hard as they are in Cambodia 🇰🇭 HOWEVER I was pleasantly surprised to find they have changed the mattresses to softer ones and made it so much more comfortable. The staff in the breakfast/restaurant are very welcoming and pleasant to interact with. The reception staff are fantastic and friendly. Pool lovely and refreshing, great setting to relax and cool down. Overall great stay.

The front desk support was exceptional. Tour guide arrangements and event arrangements were also exceptional. Every person at the hotel provided exceptional support. The tour guide named Kim was absolutely outstanding, and we highly recommend using him. Kim was professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and considerate. This hotel's service provided an experience we will definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful hotel inside and out! beautiful wood work, comfortable, clean, spacious with kitchen, stove and washer. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a gorgeous pool for R&R. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, welcoming and accommodating, making it easy to schedule rides and tours of Angkor Wat and Siem Reap. We hope to be back and would highly recommend!
