Rahul was very welcoming and though he was new he answered all our questions the best way he could. Room was a good size, so was the bathroom everything was clean. Wifi was great and check-in was a breeze. Was super grateful for free parking, microwave and mini fridge!! Didn't use the pool but I'm sure it was good too, there's also a water slide.

The breakfast was basic and the same each day (stayed 5 days). The air in the room was good only when the curtains were open. So either the curtains need to be shorter or the unit needs to go lower, I had ti keep a hanger in the windowsill so the air would go through the room and not just to the ceiling (I posted a pic) Hotel is not very central, but is 2 mins drive to CrossIron Mills Mall.

I wish the bonus quiet question had a yes /no response as basically it was very quiet( 2nd floor room) except for one night between 6:30 and 8:30 pm one evening there was dog on floor below us that barked and barked and barked , I presumed the people had gone out for supper or something as by 9 pm I never heard it again. I know its pet friendly which is awesome but it was a bit annoying. People to blame not Days Inn.

Of all the hotels my friend and I stayed at on our journey across Canada, this one was the best all around. It was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location near the highway, and the pool was fantastic. The customer service was second to none. We had only been checked into our room for about an hour when we noticed the guests in the room directly across from us were extremely loud. When I asked the girl with purple hair at the front desk if we could move rooms, she was extremely accommodating and put us in a room on another floor without any questions asked. We had issues with the keycards too and she got that all sorted out. All of the other staff were super nice too. We would 100% return to this hotel.

Only downside was the breakfast could have been a bit better. Still, it was better than many other hotel breakfasts.

The location is great. Close to the airport, airport parking, Costco and Crossiron Mills Mall. Any last minute things you need before a trip are all just minutes away. Clean room. Very good breakfast available in the morning. Front desk night staff are amazing and really go above and beyond to help out!

A restaurant on-site would be nice, but the breakfast they have available in the morning was awesome.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had good variety and my granddaughter loved the pancake machine as she was just the right height to see the pancakes travel along to the plate. Breakfast staff was available to explain the breakfast items since we had a family member with special dietary needs. Front staff was helpful when we needed extra supplies for our bathroom.

There could be more spacious parking and more of it on site. Our second night was noisy as someone's car alarm was going off for hours on end which would be difficult to deal with. If there was staff working all night it would have been nice to have someone go outside to find out who's vehicle was being so loud realizing it would be a time consuming job to go through reservations to determine who's vehicle was the problem.

Everything we needed after an 10 hour flight. We were lucky that we didn't need to wait until the official check In time (4pm). We were able to check In at 11am with no additional charge.

The pool and the jacuzzi were very nice but we as Europeans are not used to so much chlorine in the pools. What also would be nice, if during the breakfast not the plates and cutlery would not be plastic but something reusable. That would help the environment.

The staff was excellant when we checked in and they couldn't find our reservation, They looked under the site we book with and they found it there. The third party booking didn't send the reservation. They had a room for us.

When we got back to our room after going to eat and play at the casnio I went to turn the TV on and it didn't let us go to any channels. I when down to the desk and told the person at the desk what was happening on the TV and was told that they didn;t know anything about it and there was no tech around. So we didn't have a TV . I told the staff the next morning what happened and they apologize and gave us a discount on our bill which I thought was very nice.

The staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location was perfect

The staff for breakfast had a hard time keeping up with the busy rushes. The pool closing at 10 was not convenient for us as we were visiting family all day and by the time you get to back the pool was closing or almost closing and the chlorine smell was very prominent in the pool and lobby

Spacious and clean rooms

Very few selections on breakfast, and most of it are cold and not fresh anymore.,the coffee,egg patty,bacon and hashbrowns...Good that they have pancake and loaf of bread that can be toasted . Breakfast staff shoud regularly check the coffee station

The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get everywhere. My kid loved the pool. Rooms were comfy and clean. Family environment.

Based on the reviews I read, I was expecting more for the breakfast. The pillows were very flat a d uncomfortable.
