We stay here because of the casino. All of the staff in the entire hotel seemed to be very nice and friendly.

The buffets in the middle of the hall are a little gross there has to be a better place for them the be held than the busy hall to the casino. Our tub drain would not drain properly, which was minor but a little gross. And we all really wished the food at the on site restaurant was better, we only eat there because we want to stay on site but the food was not great and there were flies everywhere at dinner and at breakfast, the service is also very slow there. That’s not to knock the wait staff, we dealt with some really nice people there it was just extremely slow when it was not very busy at dinner and breakfast.

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. The hotel was nice and clean and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant had good food and the water park was so much fun! They also played a drive in movie on our last night with complimentary pop and popcorn. A great place to stay , we will definitely be back again.

The pool was great, kids had lots of fun! Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly.

The front staff girl needs to learn how to use her voice ( to bad you can't turn the volume up on her). Hard to hear. That one of the hot tub was temporarily unavailable and that the pool for a brief moment was overrun by kids under age with no parents supervision.

Getting a room on the main floor was nice. Room was clean and it was a very comfortable bed. Loved the resort type feel, where we gambled a bit, and had a great time watching Silly Wrabbit.

We chose to not eat at any of the restaurants as we found the prices a bit ridiculous, especially breakfast. We went down the street to Pennyblack pub for happy hour beer and food and saved ourselves about $40. The hotel price was a little on the high side, especially when you don't get a complimentary breakfast.

Staff were nice, parking was easy, rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t end up using any of the restaurants but it was nice and convenient.

No continental breakfast provided. The pool/waterpark was nice especially the toddler shallow area, but it was very dirty and I felt so gross sitting in the pool. There were bugs and other things floating in the water and the water appeared cloudy. the sides of the pool had so much scrum and dirt all around the tile on the walls of the entire pool.

I liked the location and restaurant, pub and casino. I liked the live band too!

I don’t like that when we have 4 people in our room we got sets of 3 towels only and 1 roll of toilet paper. The second night they refreshed our towel settings for 2 people (instead of 4). I found this irritating as we were here to attend wedding events all weekend and we all showered. 2 Kuerigs for a family too. Like at least fill the 4 openings on the coffee holder.

The place was great. I like it alot. Even we all enjoyed this place specially pool. The room was so neat and clean and excellent room facilities.

One thing which I would like to include is that there should arrangements for addotional staff specially for night in case of any toilet blockage.

The location was perfect for our friends that we were visiting. They didn’t have far to travel to pick us up etc. Very quiet room but we did request that. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.

Being charged twice for breakfast but we all make mistakes and it was rectified immediately.

Amenities are great. Lots of options for food & entertainment. Shower was great, excellent pressure….. decent size room!

No microwave in room (for the price I thought it was standard?) the bed was very soft…. Too soft for bad backs…… the vending prices are outrageous though…..

The bedroom was beautiful and clean. The beds weren’t to hard or soft but just right. My most favourite thing was the pool! The slide especially as the guests all took turns and we’re responsible with their children. Very well done!

The only thing I didn’t like it that there were no free breakfasts and sadly I wasn’t able to get that massage advertised and hoping I am able to next visit. Other than that my stay at the Deerfoot Casino In. Was quite exquisite.
