The location is so close to main highway/roads, so great access in and out of the city. The area is surrounded by tons of power centres with stores, restaurants and places for a cold drink. The room was comfortable and parking was ample. They have a breakfast every day, with some warm items and other breads, cereals, juices and yoghurt. The hotel also has a pool and water slide, so great for families.

The bathroom is starting to show its age, but everything worked fine.

The Super 8 room worked so well for us. We were here for a family wedding and booked 3 rooms. The super 8 room was a huge hit with the grandkids. It was nice they had board games for us to play. The location was awesome

The bathroom in the Super 8 room was very very small. And the A/C was not at all powerful enough for a room this size. We made it all work but with a room this size you really should consider upgrading the A/C.

Room was great, well laid out and suited our needs. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast meet our needs and we were able to eat well to start the day (the bread and bagels were great even providing lots of jam choices, peanut butter and cream cheese for the bagels). All staff were wonderful, pleasant and very accommodating.

The eggs for breakfast were not tasty - perhaps serve hard boiled eggs? Perhaps cook some of the bacon a little more as some people like the bacon a little more crunchy. Everything else was great!

The staff are among the friendliest you'll meet. Maxie and Ellen greet you with a smile at the front desk and make sure that you have everything you need for your stay. Their attention to detail is appreciated. The other members of reception are attentive too, and we were grateful that we were able to have a late checkout. The woman who prepares the breakfast works hard to keep the dining area stocked and clean, no easy feat considering how busy it is there. Housekeeping staff are also friendly, and kept our room clean and tidy. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back next time we're in town.

We stayed in the king room. We had a dog and a baby. Loved that we could close the door to the "bedroom" and still had a separate spot for the living room and bathroom. Loved the layout! The water pressure was great too! Our baby sure loved everything about it. And they take all sizes of dogs which was nice!

The shower curtain rod was flimsy and I felt like it was going to come out of the wall. Probably just needs a few screws.

I really liked the staff!!!! They were friendly, helpful, resilient, and professional. When I brought to their attention that there was no black tea they immediately set about to rectify the situation. A staff member went to the store and bought some. I felt special. They were so kind and accommodating. There were a few glitches with the building infrastructure which the staff handled with professionalism and charisma. I loved that I was close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The pictures you see are exactly like the real thing. Often pictures are deceiving. The building was clean, and the breakfast room was well stocked and attended to. I would stay there again.

Quick check in, friendly staff. The room was clean, new looking, king bed, TV, microwave, fridge, sitting chair desk and chair, TV with limited channels, fully stocked bathroom, all fine. Free parking and included wifi. It is next door to Walmart and Coop store and many others close by. Continental breakfast included, boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, bread (toast), cream cheese, jams, cereal, instant porridge, coffee, pancake, fruit, and juices, nicely laid out.

Not the easiest to find even with GPS as the front sign is covered by bushes and it’s tucked back behind other buildings off a side street. TV had limited channels. The curtains could be a bit larger to block out more light especially the rooms facing east which we had. .

Breakfast was decent. They had coffee, juice, pancakes, bread, cereals, fruits, boiled eggs. There was a lady on the weekend , she was very friendly and nice. Her name was Paramjit. He was cleaning the tables, talking to guests and filling the servings and it was pretty busy, they should have two people on the weekend. But she managed it really well but I felt bad for her. Next day on Monday there was another lady on August 2 and there were no eggs and 3 containers were empty. she was not filling them at all. I just asked for eggs and she got me those but I did not ask for pan cakes but its 9.30 and all the containers were empty, thank God she was not there on weekend, Paramjit did good job of filling and making sure guests have food to eat.

It was neat and clean. Staff is very nice . It has a great location. Our stay was amazing at this place, although there was a dog show and hotel was fully booked. Staff did a wonderful job !!

Arriving with few expectations, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this is a well-run property that caters to basic needs beyond what one might expect from a Super 8 motel. Check-in was fast and efficient, staff pleasant and informative, room larger than expected with a very comfortable bed dressed in nice linens and decent pillows, air conditioning that actually works. Fluffy white towels in the bathroom and a shower with better-than-average water pressure were welcome discoveries. And the topper: super-zippy wifi that just works. This property isn't going to win any design awards, but it offers good value and deserves kudos for delivering a customer experience above expectations.

That it included breakfast and that our room wasn't just a king bed but also a suite. There was the bedroom area and a separate living area. The front desk was great!

The breakfast was not the greatest. Although there was at least some eggs and sausages, the sausages sat in all its grease and was not washed out with new sausages being added.
