Econo Lodge Motel Village

The accommodations is value for the money. Location has many places near to eat and you get a discount at Dennys which is next door. The staff were friendly and property in good shape. It was lovely to have a balcony as it snowed. The room is ample size and bathroom was clean. This is a lower budget motel with high end hotel service minus a concierge or Bell Hop or Fine Dining. The complimentary self-serve breakfast foods provided exceded expectations.

The bathtub stopper was annoying but its common in places so not a reflection on property its just that I don't like these as they don't drain fast.

outlet near the sink area is not working. I was not able to use their hair dryer because it is built in the wall. luckily I brought my own hair dryer. It did not work also when I use the outlet near the sink area but it worked when I use the other outlet which is the one near the bed. And perhaps.. hopefully toothpaste is already part of the toiletries in the future.

AC was that effective. they didnt even kept it on when we checked in. Staff could be more flexible, they just follow their policy, Went couple of hours early instead of 3 pm being driving for long time on the road. No way they were accomodating us early check in. I understand its difficult sometimes to accomadate but they didnot even try and could have been more polite.

Amazing, friendly, accommodating staff. Closeness to hospital, inexpensive, free breakfast (which I missed - lol), right next to Denny's for when you miss their free breakfast (double lol!), mini kitchenette (didn't need it, but great to have if you do - so you never miss breakfast!!). I'd stay here again at the drop of a hat!!

A hair on the bathroom floor. A bit of water damage to the counter on the kitchenette. Having a $300 deposit because I have no credit card. Staff accidently told me they have no charge port in the room, so my phone almost died overnight.

They did include free breakfast options, but I did not take advantage of it. I went for a Dr. appt at the Foothills Hospital. This motel is easy access, close. Also, as a guest, you get 15% discount at next door Denny's! Desk staff are always very friendly and helpful.

The room was quiet and it was very comfortable. And the staff were awesome . I would stay here again. The staff were very accommodating.

Just the floors and everything need to be really cleaned and the room needs to be dusted alot more. And I called and talked to someone at the motel 2 weeks before and told them I was checking in real late and the lady said that was fine. When I got here the guy at the desk gave me a hard time about being late after the lady told me it was fine.

Host was super helpful, I forgot his name probably Kumar. After I checked in, he called me and made sure I’m happy with the room. The best part was my room had full kitchen as well which I didn’t expect.

Needs better pillows, like sleeping on a bag of rocks, asked for another pillow and that one was like a bod ogpop bottles !

It’s a old hotel.

This property is very close to another Econo Lodge. It is common to confuse the two. The first one is next to the Hampton Inn. This one is next to Denny's. It is very easy to miss. If you blink you miss it.
