The breakfast was amazing, with lots of hot items like sausage, bacon, omelettes, pancakes etc. They also had bread, muffins, bagels, cereal, fruit, and yoghurt. Great selection and is constantly replenished. The attendant was excellent and always asked if we needed anything else.

The fact that they only had one elevator was odd, given the number of rooms in the Hotel. Also, there is a train that runs in front of the Hotel, not often but you did hear it even at night. They needed to do a better job of letting guests know where the above-ground overflow parking was located as there was no signage indicating where to go.

The room, bed, wifi were very good. TV was easy to use. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The location was good. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was about 2 blocks from the Dr's office (we walked there) & they let us leave our Jeep in their parking lot until after check out when we finished with the appointment. All staff we encountered were friendly, happy & helpful. Except for the issues below, which can be easily rectified, we were pleased with our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

In the bathroom around the toilet lid hinge covers you could clearly see a build-up of old, sticky urine. Also, something had splashed up onto the light cover above the mirror that had not been cleaned off in a very long time. My husband found oats on the rug (like someone had been eating a granola bar & some of it fell on the rug). The overall cleanliness of the room was ok....but I think they should do deep cleaning more often and be more observant. This being said, we were not displease, at all, with our stay.

Check in was quick and easy which was nice. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was absolutely amazing for the price. The bed was incredibly soft and I loved how many pillows we had on our bed. The jacuzzi tub was amazing and loved that there was a swivel TV so I was able to watch a show while relaxing in the tub!

The parking garage was a bit nerve-racking- would have appreciated a heads up on how tight the parking lot was but luckily I found a spot on the ground level! Breakfast was a bit of a miss, as they eggs were the same consistency as the oatmeal- perhaps just not my cup of tea though!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The man at the desk was so caring that he called within minutes of us getting organized in our room to ask how we liked the room and if there was anything that we needed. We needed more towels and one of us forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste and they were so kind to provide us with that no questions asked.

The breakfast was okay. Could've been more quality items but it was still okay. Wish there was fruit and more healthier choices.

The hotel was at the edge of downtown, about 20mins walk from Calgary tower, but it was very close to the c train and an easy ride in if you didn’t want to walk. The room was clean and the bed large and comfortable . It was quiet. The breakfast was ample with a good choice of cooked foods including freshly made pancakes, fruit, yoghurt and oatmeal, and tea and coffee

I didn’t mind the disposable plates, but the plastic cutlery was very flimsy and difficult to use to cut the food

We have stayed here numerous times now and the staff are fantastic! We really appreciate that they were HAPPY to provide us the special requests that we made while booking! Great location, and clean rooms. Ultimately we will always stay at this hotel when we visit Calgary because of the great customer service! They go above and beyond, which, in my opinion is the deciding factor to choosing a hotel for a holiday. Keep up the great work!! 👍👍

The breakfast included was great. Location was easy access to work. It was great that there was parking included with the room - this is something that is hard to find in downtown Calgary.

The wifi at the property was weak and we were unable to work from the room or the business center. We had roof top access with the room but there were no chairs or anything set up on the patio so we could enjoy sitting outside in the evenings. The small kitchen only had one plate, and one bowl so we had to bring our own utensils & cleaning supplies for this.

room was great. bed was comfy and the room was nice and open feeling. good floor layout. staff is friendly and helpful.

location is kinda sketchy in downtown Calgary. definitely park in the underground parking, but when I was there, it was closed for maintenance and parking outside is definitely not the safest part of downtown Calgary to leave your vehicle overnight.

Came for a staycation to celebrate an anniversary for the weekend. The location was super central to access bars downtown. The spa bath jacuzzi was amazing, the bed was super comfortable and everything was extremely clean! A really great option for couples staying short term!

The parking situation, a bit tight, not that you can change it much. There were also some drunk/drug users near the lot that made me feel unsafe going near the parking garage.

Staff was extremely friendly at check-in including, calling the room to make sure everything was good. Staff at breakfast were good checking with us a few time that we had everything we needed as they were closing shortly. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Location was great for our purpose.
