Location very good. Transit available . Many options for food and entertainment within a few blocks. Just opened so very new building. Underground parking available for a fee. 24 hr staff.

Obvious new construction punchlist items. Door closer not adjusted, usual new construction touchup needed. Personally I do not like the pod coffee makers if you have to pay extra for additional pods. Would prefer standard hot water kettle so can use my own coffee if needed. Could not connect phone to tv for casting You Tube. I did not like the connection with the tv and remote . I prefer simple remote control to tv connections and options.

The hotel has a very fresh and modern look. The amenities are very well thought-out and the staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Close proximity with businesses and restaurants. Newly built facilities. Good view from the window. Easy access to and from the Rocky Mountains.

Although parking in the area is readily available, there is no parking in the hotel itself.

The location was great to my liking cause it was close by to the university district, and the hotel was very clean and love the rooms. Also the staff were really helpful and nice, I would recommend my family to stay here.

Nothing beside give free parking instead of paying this should include with renting the rooms. Just my thought

The building is super new. The location is petty good with easy access to restaurants and grocery.

Room for improvement in the cleanliness. The hotel didn't have any public pantry nor water dispenser nor kettle provided in room, isn't it a quite an essential thing that a decent hotel should have?

The staff was amazing and the hotel neat and clean. We liked the modern decor as well.

I would have liked to be able to turn the A/C lower than 18° as I was hot all night also be able to have the fan run consistently. The bed was very firm and could really use a pillow top or foam top for some give.

brand new, comfortable and spacious room

the heating and a/c unit in the room could not quite get the temperature in the room right. it was either too hot or too cold. Need more coffee pods and cream sugar in the room. it was an excellent Nespresso machine but did not have enough supplies.

The staff were really lovely, the bed was super comfortable! And it’s based in a really clean and lovely area.

The finishing job wasn’t the best, chipped paint ect on the walls. Gym was rather small, but does the job

Clean, quiet, well equipped, good size for the room, high ceiling, floor to ceiling windows with plenty of light, great location for those who want to be near University and health care centers.

Great location and very cheerful and helpfull staff.

Weak wifi and a work desk I'm the room would have been good.

It’s conveniently located near a supermarket, some restaurants and a park.

If my room wasn’t next to the elevators, I could hear what was going on outside.
