Easily the best hotel stay of my life by far. The room was unexpectedly MASSIVE and so tastefully decorated. It had a giant couch and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. I can't even explain how much we did not want to leave the room and start our road trip. I've never experienced such luxury, even in 5* hotels. Everything was beautiful, even the gym facilities were so well stocked. Don't even get me started on the breakfast... I was shocked at the amount of food and variety, you could even sit on an outdoor terrace in the sun to eat!
That I didn't stay longer!

it was very bright and open with easy access parking. The room was wide open. I love the little greeting on my TV when I came in. Breakfast tastes amazing.
The elevator was terribly slow all the time, the one lady I got at the front desk when I phoned down(and actually got a hold of someone) was quite rude and didn’t relay the message to housekeeping. Breakfast was different everyday, preferred certain items out of the two days I stayed there. Don’t have nearly enough waffle machines or space for the amount of people they get through so it feels crowded.

Brunch on Saturday was huge variety and delicious. Rooms were very big. Due to airline problems didn’t arrive till 1am yet they had our 2 rooms across hall from one another for our 16 and 21 year old granddaughters which we requested. Staff outstanding accommodating our luggage until we left late afternoon. Also helped with plan to see Calgary as much as possible in 6 hours.
Parking garage full so parked 1 block away in outdoor public lot.

The breakfast was great. It's always nice to have breakfast included. However, get there early as the dining room gets very crowded. The hotel is lovely and the staff is wonderful. The location is perfect.
There is no daily cleaning service so it would be nice to have the supplies replenished daily - coffee, tissues, etc. We had to go to the front desk for supplies.

Breakfast was great, lots of options! Everything tasted very good too.
The front desk was not helpful. They also advised us to park on the street if we didn’t want to pay $30 for parking a night at the hotel. But our car got towed and this is obviously a common thing because when we went to talk with them about it they shut us down quickly and said there is nothing they can do before we even finished our sentence.

Location was excellent for accessing downtown and beltline. The room was huge. Breakfast was exceptionally good. We also appreciated having regular size pillows on our King bed so that I didn't have to make a special pillow request.
The only two items to note was that we are surprised that we have to pay such a steep price to park as a guest, and I like to sleep in a cool room and there was a limit for turning down the heat.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the room is well-equipped and the breakfast was super nice with a great choice.
The duvet was put in-between two single bed sheets, so it comes out super easily. Despite, the two sheets were clean the duvet and we felt uncomfortable trying to tuck it in every time. I still do not understand why hotels are using this method, it is super unclean. The lower floors - we were on seven - can be a bit noisy during the night.

Fantastic view from the tower. The room was laid out very intuitively and the space felt open and functional. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to.
Wish we could have stayed longer! The room has little to no signage inside. Missing information around for check-out, breakfast, and general info.

Kinda surprised at how nice this hotel was for the price! Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, check in was super efficient even though we arrived at a very busy time. Our suite was spacious and ultra clean, really nice seating area was comfortable for family of 4 adults and kitchenette was well equipped. Downtown location was great, our room (29th floor) had a wee bit of a mountain view. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very tasty, it was super busy when we went and staff worked very hard to keep all the popular food items and dishes/cutlery topped up and the tables cleared.
Just minor inconveniences. Four elevators service the hotel tower/parkade, but really long waits (15+ minutes) to/from the upper floors particularly during breakfast/checkout when there was ++ demand. The seating area in the breakfast room was really nice but the setup of the various stations in the serving area made it feel a bit chaotic because there wasn't a good flow and limited ability to queue. The room could have used a mirror in the closet or entry area, seemed odd that there wasn't another mirror outside the bathroom.

rooms feel fresh, spotlessly clean and new, with good facilities in the suites and a good amount of space. Breakfast has a very large amount of choice! it’s a walkable distance to the nightlife / evening life locations.
the description of the rooms with respect to view was not completely correct for me (but it wasn’t problematic)
