Perfect hotel for small families! Great service, clean facilities and bigger pool than most hotels! Restaurant is delicious (go a la carte vs buffet, both good just better selection with a la carte, but buffet was great for our kids)

The only issue we had was the small laneway in front of the hotel for valet and drop off’s. It’s just a busy area and a tiny spot - valet staff were so happy helpful and still speedy despite the traffic, etc.

Very nice and cosy suite with mini bar, coffee machine, safe, sofa, table&chair for working, wonderful bathroom, .... Like a small appartment where I could live for monthes .... Defective bedside lamp was immediately replaced. Very convenient office possibility, ie I could easily print out my boarding passes (USB-stick in printer near the lobby).

Everything was fine. Once the coffee capsules and milk have not been filled up, but employees at the reception helped me immediately.

Felt a little ripped off due to being upgraded a corner suite for an extra $45p/n, only we didn’t get the upgrade due to a error on the computer system. Instead, we were given access to the 15th floor with evening h’ordeurves & breakfast. But, it was a small room, with little selection. And the breakfast was just continental. Could’ve gotten the same for $20. Didn’t even end up using it at all during our stay.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful for everything, especially when I couldn't add one child to my I child I adult reservation online without the price going up by $400/night! They fixed it all and we had a great stay! Loved the pool and water slide!

I needed a bit more fridge space...

I like the room and the location. This trip (20+ stays at Sheraton Eau Claire), I was assigned a corner room with a layout I had not had in previous stays. I really liked it.

Great property! Can walk to everything and right in front of the beautiful park where you can walk, bike or just sit and people watch along the water. The rooms were great!! Lots of space and a living area with a workspace. The staff was amazing!!

The staff is always very welcome to us and our very senior dog Rosie. From the courtesy bed and bowls, down to staff who actively engaged her with a little head pet or ear scratch; It's one of the biggest reasons we stay here when we want to get away in our own city.

Didn't realize prince's island was 'under construction' but that's not the hotels fault!

Great location in downtown Calgary, adjacent to a wonderful public park. If you can score the rooftop lounge (points? status?) it has an excellent breakfast buffet.

Nothing really, only there one night, had no issues.

It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

The shower products smell like men's aftershave. The overall cost was a bit excessive considering parking and breakfast were not included.

The staff here was fantastic. Especially the valet guys. The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved the pool as well. Everything was great. And you truly can’t beat the location.
