Grey Eagle Resort

I had booked this because the rooms were much larger than other hotels close by for the same price. I was not disappointed! I rented a room to get ready for my wedding so there was bridesmaids and make up artists etc. and we had a ton of space. The soaker tub was amazing. And the bed was very comfortable.

The living room furniture was actually quite uncomfortable. You could tell it was cheap stuff that wasn’t necessarily there for comfort. There was no microwave in the suite, but there was one in the lobby to use. Since we had hairstylists and make up, artists coming and going, it was difficult that no one’s allowed to go up the elevator without a key, but the front desk was accommodating and giving keys to all of them. (I know that many properties are like that).

Room was clean comfy bed. Cant speak highly enough of the maids. Had the pad thai one night was amazing! Margaritas at blaze were off the hook!!

We had a room rate for all of us staying... I had so much trouble trying to book a room through the Grey eagle, that i ended up booking through booking.com for two nights. Upon arrival i was told that the room is only for one night after several minutes of discussion, i said whatever went to my room then received a call from the front desk that indeed ibhad it for two nights. Upgraded to premium king... i have stayed several times in the regular king, was no value in upgrading at all.

Fantastic Hotel. We liked everything about Grey Eagle Resort. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely pleasant. Loved the big rooms very modern decor and impeccably clean. Big shower!!! Very attractive foyer. Loved the pool area and changing rooms all lovely and clean. We ate breakfast at the hotel and would definitely recommend it. Really good bacon and eggs reasonably priced. Very friendly wait staff great service all around at this Hotel . Did not check out the conference center or the casino, so cannot comment. Would definitely stay here again.

Room 636; Presidential Suite. No turn down service, no fresh cream for coffee, no pull out couch, shower repairs make it look worn down. Lobby; Concession Stand, difficult and too timely to set up account. Pointless, you don’t need my personal information so I can buy some milk for coffee. Also, your ATM machine has never worked while I have stayed there. I always get told to use the one in the Casino. Seems like a scam to get customers into the casino.

Nice staff , very helpful great greeting and helpful , able to help with all questions and concerns . Always met with a friendly manner. Food at blaze was great , breakfast was also very nice at little chief. Would stay again any time we are back in Calgary.

Need a space out front hotel green space with bench seats like a small garden area water attraction , used for guess to enjoy outside , sun weather . Perhaps art work .

really enjoyed the ability to stay at a place that has restaurants and entertainment! staff in the hotel were amazing! Friendly, attentive, and excellent service.

the casino security shift manager on Thursday February 24 between 8:30-11:30 pm was so unprofessional and did not handle a situation that could have been more easily de-escalated. language was vulgar and attitude was confrontational. I witnessed this first hand. I was not directly involved but felt obligated to intervene. Even the police said it was unnecessary use of force by the shift supervisor. The other security were very professional and did their best considering what their direct boss was doing. just wanted to say something about this as it did make me nervous.

Friendly helpful staff, fresh flowers in lobby smelled wonderful, restaurant food was so tasty with healthy options, rooms were clean and big, bed was very comfy! We noticed the rooms were beautifully decorated with quality furniture. The pool was clean and private and the hot tub was perfect temperature. We happily used the morning coffee station in the lobby! A quality hotel that we would recommend!

The casino was smoky

Check in/out was easy and fast; staff were amazing! Our room was awesome, very comfy bed and we had everything we needed. Love that there are vending machines in the lobby that had any where from junk food to freshly made sandwiches, and etc. Was very convenient for when we didn’t want to go out for food, but when we did the restaurants located in the casino or the one in the hotel were just a short walk and had amazing food! The hotel has great amenities like their own gym and swimming pool, plus an outdoor hot tub which was really relaxing after driving for 12 hours. Really liked that there is a inside walkway from the hotel to casino and entertainment centre, especially if the weathers a bit chilly. The main reason for staying at the hotel was for a concert hosted in the entertainment centre and I’m so happy we chose to stay at the hotel. Will 100% stay here again, this place exceeded our expectations !

Fantastic facilities. And the hotel staff was amazing! They provided us free strawberries for our honeymoon. They also brought us extra cups for our room. Always service with a smile. Will for sure stay again! Also has a nice casino in it and an event center. Maybe 5 minutes away from restaurants and stuff too. Can also see the mountains from here! Also it has Google chromecast for each room!

There was a few scuffs on the furniture in the room and wood chips missing but otherwise amazing!

It was clean and it was the perfect place to stay since we attended an event at Grey Eagle Event Centre. The staff were very knowledgeable and the pool was very nice. They gave us the option between a city view or a mountain view when we checked in.

It was a little far from everything else in the city, but that didn’t bother us too much because our sole purpose of our trip was for the concert.
