This hotel literally has the CLEANEST rooms we have ever stayed at! Yes we use a blacklight, after Covid we are a tad more narcotic. We found ONE tiny little drop under the table, behind the toilet was even spotless!! The beds were super comfy and the TV was huge! Very nice room overall, and the staff was very kind. The hot tub was clean and wonderful! Location of course was amazing!!!

The only things that need work are the Nespresso machine....gross! Please bring in real coffee???? The ice machine is in the office, which is not open very often, so that's inconvenient. Also no microwave, which can be handy when wanting to reheat some leftovers.

Location was the best- walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, pubs and walking trails. Mountain view right from our window was the best of our entire trip - topping Banff! Also loved the size of the hotel (not huge), vibe and attention to details- lots of great glass options in the room for coffee or cocktails, loved the nespresso machine, soft towels, great smelling bath products and enjoyed the bistro set outside our door to sip cocktails and watch the sunset on the mountains. Absolutely the best hotel we stayed at out west :Canalta lodge in Banff; Westin in Calgary and better than Engadine Lodge in Kananaskis. Well done. I wouldn’t change a thing. Loved the contact less check in too.

It was nice to have multiple balconies and 2 floors of space to utilize especially with a group of 10 people. If you are planning a family reunion I would say this is a perfect spot for it. Great proximity to Banff or Lake Louise for day trips and plenty to see by the hotel as its right downtown Canmore.

In any hotel I stay in theres always been room for improvement when it comes to detailed cleaning but there is only so much you can clean in a limited time and all the basics of everything was clean. Little details that were missed but doesn't affect your stay at all were dusty baseboards, light fixtures and the hand rail going up to the second floor was sticky.

Modern, without being tacky. good quality furniture and linens. great water pressure in the shower (although the head is super low!). best bathroom amenities ANYWHERE! they use Rocky Mountain Soaps. Definitely not cheap. HUGE smart TV’s with all the apps to watch whatever you want (if you have a subscription). service is 10/10. Our neighbor had left two big dogs in the room who wouldn’t stop barking when we arrived. I went to talk to the front desk staff (Ian) and he assured me it would be dealt with right away, and it was! I messaged him later in the evening to ask about getting a few extra nespresso pods, and he was at our door within 2 minutes. totally not expected! housekeeping lady the next morning was very friendly as well. LOVE the east check-in. didn’t even have to stop by the desk, just went right up to our room and unlocked the door with a code. Very efficient. The best part about all this, is that the professional pictures you see online are ACCURATE!! That literally doesn’t happen. You can’t beat the location or the price, either. blown away. 10000% will be back!

the only downside is that, this being an older wooden structure (I believe), if you have annoying neighbors above you who like to stomp their feet because they haven’t learned how to walk, it might be a bit of a bother. they provide ear plugs if you’re picky.

I loved the location, the room was cozy with new furnishings. They really thought about the guests and how to make them feel at home. Mountain views out every window. Close to shops,restaurants and coffee shops, walking trails. we didn't have to drive the whole time we were there.

No sink in the "kitchen" area. Having the microwave above on a shelf and putting in a small sink would have been better for making coffee and washing cups etc, as well as dish cloth and towel. We brought our toaster knowing there wasn't one, so maybe adding that as well.

The room was very modern, and the kitchenette was great (it was a fridge and a microwave). We loved the nespresso machine! The bed was very comfy, and the living room couch/chairs were great for relaxing. The rocky mountain soap and hand lotion was a nice touch. The location is very central, right on the main street of canmore which we though was a great. We didn't get a chance to try the hot tub but we saw alot of people really enjoying it. The mountain view from our bedroom window was beautiful. There was a picture in the room of a goat dressed in clothing, which we thought was quirky and fun.

This hotel does not offer daily housekeeping, where you do have to go and ask staff if you need anything (Example more towels, or more of anything). The only thing I would recommend is for them to have more nespresso pods at the start of a stay for coffee lovers (maybe a survey sent out before the stay would be amazing). Not a big deal though since we know if we would have asked they would provided! We arrived on a thursday where the hotel wasn't full but on Saturday, the parking lot was full and apparently there was unauthorized cars there so it may make sense to do assigned parking. The bathroom was very clean and modern, but it has a window instead of a fan (which could be a good or a bad thing).

Lovely huge room and super comfy bed. Clean and light bathroom with great smelling hand wash from a local company. Great location - surprisingly quiet. Handy little fridge in the room and coffee maker. Lots of parking.

Wasn't clear beforehand (as I recall) that there was no elevator so be aware if you have a top floor room and a super heavy suitcase! Also slightly annoying that the ice machine is in the office so you can only access it when someone is on site.

Our vehicle broke down on the friday of our visit and my partner and I decided the cost to fix was not worth it, and left the vehicle in Canmore. We didn’t have a way to get home on Saturday, our original check out day, so went to the front desk to see if we could get an extra night. Dave, the gentleman at the front desk helped me find another room immediately for a great price, and also let us check into the room early the next day, and offered us some space at the front desk for our belongings if the room wasn’t ready by the time we checked out of our first room. The housekeepers had our second room cleaned and ready for us before we even checked out of our first one which was amazing. I cant thank the staff at this hotel enough for all their help and great hospitality. Despite the troubles with the vehicle, they all made our stay very stress free and happy. We will definitely be back !!❤️

Walking distance to downtown Canmore (shops & restaurants). Free parking. Good view of the mountains. Clean, comfortable room. Outdoor hot tub & area appeared very clean-- but we did not use it, this time.

Parking stalls were not designated per suite, & some people do not know how to park! By the time we arrived later in the evening we could not park in a stall because any spaces left between vehicles were too small for our vehicle to fit in.

The location and view were spectacular. It is truly in the middle of town and walkable to everything. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location soap was another great touch.

Truly everything was great. We didn’t interact with the staff at all, so I can’t speak to them. However, there was no need to interact with the staff because the check-in was so convenient.
