PRC Annex - Pet Friendly

The pool and games room were pretty nice, the room was comfortable, clean and tidy.

We got an hour before the check in time and they said our unit would only be ready at the proper time. We went for a walk in town and we were back at the check in time and it wasn't ready yet. It took 40 minutes to have the unit ready for us. We ended up waiting inside the games room, but it was quite upseting having to wait as we were with small children and elderly people that were tired from the long trip. The receptionist was helpful but they didn't offer any compensation for that delay. Anything extra like bathing robes and cribs have to be paid apart.

Beautiful accommodation-fully stocked kitchen cupboards with all you need for a stay-even a blender! The beds were comfortable and the whirlpool tub was perfect after a long of travelling. We booked the 2 bedroom pet-friendly suite and found it perfect for our needs. The mountains views from the patio were stunning!

Restaurants adjacent were quite pricey so we did not use them. As we had been on the road most of the day and had our dog with us, we chose takeout at one of the preferred restaurants on the accommodation’s merchant list. Too bad the restaurant did not recognize this status and provide the discount indicated on the hotel materials as we chose to eat in our lovely accommodation rather than out for the evening.

location within Canmore is good and Canmore is a lovely town our apartment had a balcony and a bbq and enough room for us all the elevator was handy as we were on the 4th floor beautiful views staff was friendly and helpful the murphy bed was very handy & comfy

bedroom door locks did not work microwave didn't work no door on on-suite bathroom (& the bedroom door lock didn't work):( no AC in master bedroom was a bit of an issue fan in on-suite wasn't working

The two bedroom was perfect for us and our pups. They loved the breeze from the balcony. Since we sleep with the window open, there are an amazing amount of trains through the night, plus the highway traffic. The location was central to town and the highway. The beds were totally comfortable. It was lovely to have a washer and dryer.

There could have been a trolley to schlep your belongings/ski equipment to the 4th floor. The lighting could be increased, as it appeared dark in the living room. The kitchen was short any large soup bowls, but a pot worked out! Advertised as a luxury resort, the toilet paper was the worst, shiniest, cheapest ever. I did not like parking In the back lane…underground would have been appreciated, due to the ski equipment left in the suv overnight.

We loved our stay here! The lady at reception was so friendly and welcoming. We had no problems checking in and everything looked like it was in the pictures. The view was absolutely stunning!

More effort could be put into cleaning. We really noticed a lot of dust and under the beds (even a sock from a previous tenant) and there was dust in the doorway that the laundry is in really bad. The patio windows as well could have been cleaner. We also noticed the bedding in the one room had a tear in it. So lots of little details that could be paid attention to more.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was pretty big, kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal and it was nice and clean. Patio was nice, BBQ and patio propane heater included. Location is good, only about a 10 minute walk to downtown.

Tv and Internet wasn't the best, good enough to stream but I dropped it a couple times, but if you go to Canmore and your spending a lot of time on the internet and TV your doing something wrong.

It was very clean, we had a full kitchen and cute little balcony.

The building is a bit tired looking inside. There was a smell of fried fish that was noticeable every time we walked in. The toilet didn't fully flush, and I have my suspicions that the housekeeping staff used the toilet, the first day they cleaned it and DIDN'T flush!

Spacious studio with everything you'd need. Nicely decorated, furniture all in good condition. Easy walk to town, very easy access to Highway 1. Town in an idyllic setting and well presented.

Finding reception when we arrived - more signage would have been useful.

The room we stayed in was great having two bathrooms and two bedrooms along with a large kitchen. Our young kids loved the pool area.

We didn’t like the multiple complex’s and the fact we had to walk outside to another complex to get to the pool. Another issue was the above parking was not explained well.
