Great rates, great employees, decent location on the strip of 97th

A few rooms down the hall someone was smoking in their room, even though it’s posted everywhere “no smoking”. We have a child with diabetes/asthma and the smell of cigarettes passed the one room was overbearing. No fault of the employees/company as some people just disregard rules

Breakfast was real good, very good service.

Room is starting to show it's age. Flooring, wall paper could use an update. Since this was a winter trip and we were on the top floor it took a very long time to get any hot water. That being said, the room was worth the money, location was perfect for us and the food was very good in the restaurant. Staff very friendly. Will return.

The suite was fantastic and very roomy, the jacuzzi was phenomenal and the variety of soaps, lotions and mouthwash was a bonus. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and other amenities. The Canyon Grill restaurant although I did not visit it that day, has a wide variety on their menu. From past dining experiences the food was fantastic and of great value.

The only thing I want to address is the pillows. A variety of a couple of softer pillows would have been preferred. However I did have a great sleep and woke up feeling well rested.

Friendly staff, especially the cleaner are doing great services, clean rooms and clean environment. Nice place to stay, will definitely come again. Thanks a lot.

The room are all clean and tidy.

large room with a room off to the side with two beds for the kids. jacuzzi was a hot for the kids as there was no pool in the hotel

Not much parking and the parking lot was very slippery. sketchy people hanging around

The two room suite is amazing. Always clean and quiet. Great location for my travelling needs.

Vending machines are unreliable .... 2nd visit where the machine just ate my money!

The room was clean , the restaurant food was good and great service !!

The bed was noisy, as well as the sheets ..towels were a bit hard on the skin

My dog and i are very comfortable and welcome here. We are repeat visitors

Easy to find on google map and close to Highway 16 Plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance Free parking in front of the hotel A/C worked great, clean washroom with plenty or towels and other supplies Little refrigerator, microwave oven with kitchen utensils were very useful Only one lift but functional and always available Very friendly and smiling front desk stuff

Great clean facilities. Friendly helpful staff. Within walking distance to all amenities. Definitely worth its value.

Did not find anything I didn't like.
