Best Western PLUS City Centre Inn

Lo action was excellent ,room was excellent staff was very helpful and very friendly .would recommend it to anyone. Was quiet ,clean ,and comfortable. Meals were good.have not one complant love all the charging ports.the rooms were very clean and well looked after and up to date. But the staff get a 10 from us they were always answering over question when we had a concern as what to do they came up with a solution that worked perfect. Even the taxi were great ,awesome ,friendly never heard of coop taxis before .but they are worth it.

Not one thing I can say bad .other hotels should take lessons they were that good

Friendly and fast, efficient front desk, I was allowed in earlier than I requested which I appreciate after a 7 hour trip to get to Edmonton for work. I really find the staff open to serve which is refreshing from feeling like a burden. :) The Runway 29 ! is a fabulous place to eat and the service is pleasing. This will be my preferred choice for travel work stay.

The smoking at the back entrance is not appealing for those who are coming in from parking stall.

Spacious room with very clean bedding. I appreciated the in-room microwave, fridge, TV, while also being able to walk to the fitness room and restaurant bar without having to step outside. The bathroom and shower were in excellent condition as well.

The only wall outlet in the bathroom was a little far from the mirror so I found it slightly difficult to use my appliances. I wish I had access to larger waste disposal to throw away large pizza boxes. When checking in, the desk clerk wasn't talkative and did not smile, which was not very welcoming nor professional in my opinion, but my stay was definitely a good one!

Good value for the room. Liked that we could watch TV from our jacuzzi tub. Liked that there was a separate sink/counter area away from the shower to make getting ready easier. Happy with the water pressure and temperature. Slept well. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk guy, I think his name was Tim, was hilarious and made checking in an event of its own haha

There was no shower door...? Like there was a single pane of sliding glass that only covered half the shower at any time. Water, all over. Ridiculous design concept. Also didn't like not having a fan in the washroom. When someone poops the whole room will smell. Which wouldn't be too bad if you could open a window, but there was only one window that led into the hallway. No outside access from the room in any way.

-The jet tub in my room was phenomenal - the bed was incredibly comfy - being able to see my vehicle from my window - the convenience of having a Tim Hortons attached, and a shopping center extremely close by - the staff allowing me to check in earlier than the regular check in time - fast and reliable wifi - how spacious my room was! - having a small kitchenette

- seeing that the shower in my room had a small area that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while - the lighting wasn't very optimal and very dim in the bathroom - the decor in the room is a teeny bit outdated - kids running around in the hallways at 2am

I liked that we were grated an early check-in and a room upgrade. The restaurant on the second floor was a pleasant surprise. The best house wings my 13 year old son has ever tried. The swimming pool, hot tub and waterslide was a hit with the boys. Room and pool were spacious and clean.

The hot tub chemicals were too over powering - itchy skin and coughing when using jets.

Was very impressed with the size of the room for the price! Will try to book that room (133) again in the future. It was tucked away in a corner, steps away from the parking lot, perfect for me as I have mobility issues. It was private and quiet!

Can't think of anything really

We had 3 split queen rooms which had the 2 beds separated by the bathroom and a sliding door to block off the beds. This was greatly appreciated as each room had 2 children and 1 or 2 adults. The supper and breakfast meals were very good with large portions. The servers were very understanding with the children and offered suggestions to them for meals. With the recent heat wave we’ve been experiencing, the waterslide, pool and air conditioning were a welcome relief. Kingsway Mall is across the street and this proved to be a blessing as one member of the party forgot their swimsuit and was able to purchase one quickly.

Rooms with adjoining doors would have been nice as this was a family gathering. However having the rooms close to each other made up for that small inconvenience.

It was clean and everything was in working order. I liked that there was a Tim hortons attached the hotel for east quick breakfast for the kids. My son and daughter loved the pool and waterslide. It was one of the fastest water slides I have seen at a hotel.

There were a few people soliciting around the property but overall they were not a hindrance.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. On-site Tim Horton's and Runway 29 (restaurant/lounge) were great. Located across the street from a mall, which was handy. Pool and water slide were fun. Nice to have life jackets provided as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

There was nothing my family didn't like.
