The room was quite old and nothing fancy, but it was very spacious and had everything we needed. I was really impressed by the cleanliness (and it's hard to impress me because I worked in hospitality before, so I know where to look). I can say the housekeeping staff does a really great job. Also, the receptionists were very nice and helpful. However, I didn't like the view from the window—it was just a concrete wall and a parking lot. Overall, it was great value for money. I wouldn’t stay here for my honeymoon, but for a casual trip, it was perfect.

the parking could be a real nightmare at times. there seemed to be only one level for guests and that was only 7 odd spaces and then the rest were numbered but it wasn't explained what these numbered spaces were and we seen other people parking in them and then going into the hotel. it also wasn't explained what you were to do if you didn't get a space since you've already paid for parking - one two occasions we went up and down the parking structure and only got one since someone left

Conveniently located for exploring downtown Edmonton. Numerous cafés, pubs and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.

According to booking.com, parking is included. As a matter if fact, there is an adjoining garage, but it is 10$ per day - which is not expensive when compared to other parking in the vicinity, but still I think the description is slightly misleading in this context.

It was close to the event I went to and walking distance. My car was safe in your parking lot. So I didn't have to worry about driving around looking for parking space. That was great. Also, Cora's breakfast was right there. Great breakfast.

The water for a shower was cold. I had a cold shower. It would have been nice to have a warm shower. I know the weather is hot right now, summer months, but a cold shower is not the greatest. I actually wanted to have a bath, but I couldn't even do that.

The staff were all very friendly. Location second to none. We were a 15min walk to Roger’s place. Tons of restaurants within walking distance.

Honestly, it’s not even the hotel’s fault. But, because of it being located in downtown Edmonton (which is where you want to be for amenities within walking distance), there were a lot of homeless people. No one bothered us while we were walking, it is just somewhat unsettling.

Good location

Parking can be a little bit of a nightmare. There seems to only be one level for guests and it fills up fast and there is no explanation about what to do when it fills up. There was also not any extra plugs in the room so if you want to charge anything you have to take out a lamp or have it charging near the sink in the bathroom alcove. And there is no big main room light so this means your left with minimum lighting

No breakfast included or facilities offered. ie no pool, very small fitness center But my overall stay and the quality of the service and room was worth it. Location is good for downtown area, with safe parking and pleasant staff.

As someone who travels for business, it would be nice if there was a voucher for breakfast at Cora's diner or something similar. Fitness center is 1 treadmill. Would be great to see this updated with more to offer they're guests.

Good location. Clean room. I liked how organized was the space in the room. There was a bit of noise from ventilation. It didn’t bother me, but was a bit disturbing for my husband. Therefore, take earplugs with you if you are noise sensitive. There is the Cora breakfast cafe right next door which opens at 6am. You can order take out and delivery there. This fact was very convenient as we needed to leave early in the morning.

Rooms are older, but very clean. Linens were fresh & beds comfortable. I could block out the floodlight with the curtains. Staff were kind & informative. I was in Edmonton to plan a funeral & it was nice to have a quiet retreat. Good value for the cost. The only things missing were a small fridge or microwave - however at check in I was told that I could have them if I would like.

Excellent location for walking around the city and access to transport. Overall the hotel is a bit dated, decor wise needs to be updated but having said that it was clean, comfortable and rooms were big plus the Ice machine is a genius idea. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The 50 shades of beige! If I could make a recommendation would be to have a small fridge in each room.
