Pleasant and helpful reception staff Easily accessible laundry which is important for a prolonged stay Pool was great but I would have liked extended hours to enable a swim before breakfast and check out.

Breakfast was less than average and could easily be improved with the addition of canned fruit. Sausages were greasey and powdered eggs were horrible. Having stayed at similar 4 properties on the same trip, breakfast just didn't measure up. It was really the only disappointment of our stay.

We had a very nice warm welcome by the Keemee. She was super friendly and allowed us to have a late check out when we told her we had to leave at 7am for a competition for our Air cadets kids which were held at the nearby airport and won't have time to pack! Thanks to her we were then able to come back in between the competition to pack and check out. It was very convenient for us and made our life so much easier! Breakfast was good but NO tea bags! We were really surprised that there were no tea bags at all! We are all tea drinkers, and none was available! However, the staff Melissa was apologetic but very friendly and helpful though we were late for breakfast. Truly appreciate it!

Clean, just off the highway, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Just a personal rant and I suppose no reflection on the hotel. The parking stalls are narrow and the door of my NEW car suffered a significant dent from an adjacent utility truck. I did park on the outside edge of the lot, seeking isolation but I found out that is where THEY park also, right beside you, and the young guys don't care.

The breakfast was fine, good for a quick buffet-style style. I appreciated the early opening and the variety of choice. Thank you

The heating/fan system in the room. It seems almost obsolete. The only way to turn off the continuous fan is to turn off the power to the temperature/heating controls. I could not find a consistent temperature and got up several times to readjust and reset the temp,

The young lady at the front desk was awesome. Website was not updated to show pool closed for maintenance which really disappointed us and our children, so she upgraded our room for the same cost, and gave my children treats to make it up! We really appreciated that. Pool opened the next day which made it even better! Also there was a nice view from our window.

Pool closed for maintenance and website did not state that so disappointed to hear when we showed up because we specifically looked for hotel with pool.

It wasn't our plan to stay in High River overnight but a flat tire sealed our fate. We were glad to have Booking.com on my phone to look up motels in High River and were shocked to find only a couple rooms available on a Sunday evening. We were very happy to get the room we did, although we would've been pleased with a single queen bed instead of two and a lower cost.

$220 seems a bit steep for a motel in High River, but we were happy to get a room, period.

The breakfast was great. And the king sized bed they put me in was super comfortable.

The pool to be less crowded.. Too many children. That being said its a great little mini vacation spot for those families...haha

Even though the room was not made up when we arrived, it was great once we got in. Wi-fi was good. Beds very comfortable. Very quiet. The hot breakfast had variety and was good.

There was a used pod left in the coffee maker. The shower/tub was a little slippery.

Location was great and accessible to everything. Breakfast was fine, your normal hotel breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Found it a bit pricey for what you get. They only cleaned rooms every third day you stayed.

Was woken by strong diesel fumes in bedroom as someone below warmed their truck up. They left around 5 am. Suggest the hotel not allow trucks to back into parking spots below windows and air intakes. Grouting gone between bathroom floor tiles, creating gap. Heating fan blew cold air constantly. We had to turn it off.
