Location was perfect. The room had a really nice balcony with a great view of the pyramid lake. The room had a great design and it's very new and freshly looking. The restaurant is also amazing with good food and more of the breathtaking view. Perfect location if you're looking to spend some good quality time in Jasper.
The room was a bit small and the works on the site were still ongoing, resulting in gravel paths leading to the cabin lodges. The service at the front desk could be improved, as it lacked detailed information on available activities and options on-site. It would have been helpful to receive more guidance about things to do during the stay.

We stayed at Pyramid lake lodge for two nights and enjoyed all the perks they offered their guests. The lodge is situated in a beautiful and serene location in close proximity to Jasper town with stunning views of the Pyramid lake. We had an upper floor room with views of the lake and mountains and were fortunate to observe wildlife on the grounds. The room was beautifully decorated with a fireplace and a fridge and microwave were provided for convenience. We enjoyed the free coffee/tea offered at the lobby and making smores at nighttime. We loved the free one hour canoe/kayak rentals offered for their guests which was a bonus. We wish we could have stayed longer here to enjoy more of the wildlife that Japer has to offer, but unfortunately the lodge was fully booked for the following days. We would definitely stay at Pyramid lake lodge during our next visit to Jasper.
The hot tub at the lodge was not working during our stay, but we were offered complimentary access to the hot tub at the Lobstick lodge, which was one of their sister hotels situated just 10 minutes away.

Beautiful location, surrounded by wildlife. Free use of bikes and kayaks was a bonus. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.
Attention to detail wasn’t quite as expected in comparison to other places we stayed on our road trip of the same or lesser standard. The room has a microwave but no crockery or cutlery. The toiletries in the bathroom were empty when we arrived and were not refilled when we requested. Small things that didn’t impact our stay but can turn the good to excellent.

very accessible to downtown for meals and everything else. the lake is beautiful and our rooms was nice. one comment about the description on bookings.com. we had a lake view and it is however, the surrounding trees obstructed about 80% of the view. we still enjoyed reading on our small balcony to read and enjoy nature.
there was MAJOR construction taking place. workers and equipment everywhere including taking parking spots which created issues when checking in and out. the staff were very accommodating and helpful in working around this issue. I fault booking.com. for this. had I worked directly with the hotel staff I would have been advised of this ahead of time.

it’s set in such a beautiful place and the rooms are beautiful and very clean. The lake was insane, had an ice skating rink with skate hire and a hockey pitch with nets! Also you can rent fat bikes and there are places to sit with fire and free hot drinks available at all times.
The lack of restaurant at the property is an issue. We knew about it before hand so it wasn’t a shock, however it was a 10/15 minute drive through the hills to Jasper for food. Its a little annoying driving back and forth all the time. Also we were told on check in the cleaners would be round each day to clean, we never saw one. Due to it being off season, there is building work going on building new suites.

Great locationon the lake. The staff were always very friendly and helfup when we asked for more tea and a blanket. It was cold that week!! The staff were also very knowledgeable about activities in and around Jasper. Very comfortable bed and couch in the room. A small rink of ice on the lake was cleared for skating. They offer lots of activity rentals for outdoors winter and summer! Great little gym and an outdoor hottub which was nice on the cold days. And smores kits for free! Gorgeous place to stay tucked away but close to town!
The gas fire was a bit smaller than we hoped, we asked to get increased but that didn't seem like a thing they could do. There were some places the cleaners missed in the room prior to our arrival. We also didn't know the restaurant was closed until June 2023. They had some options for delivery but it would have been nice to see that on their website - they did have some free bites and a free cafe machine in their registration building, which also helped.

This is such a beautiful spot, photos do not do justice the amazing views of pyramid lake right across from the resort. we visited for our honeymoon and the wonderful staff wrote a lovely card and provided some complementary bubbles which was a unexpected and lovely touch. The cabins are clean and comfortable. There is just so much to do - 1hr included bike / canoe : kayaks every day, hiking, amazing food at the restaurant (seriously surprisingly good! and awesome cocktails!). We came right at the beginning of October and the yellow trees were just the most breathtaking view. there is also a BBQ area and on one of the nights we grilled and looked over the lake. If you’re in Jasper this is the only place I would recommend people to stay!

Stayed two nights with my mom who has some mobility issues. The accommodations are up a hill from the lake and main lodge. I had no problem walking up the driveway or long set of stairs but she was not able to - we drove down to the lake when we went to sit on the dock or by the fire. Not a big deal but something to note for anyone not able to walk easily. Beautiful location - photos do not do the scenery justice. I hiked one morning at sunrise on the Pyramid Lake loop - easy 6km hike right outside the back door. The kayaking was amazing too. Used the hot tub both nights - could have been hotter but I was the only one there! The restaurant was closed both nights we stayed and did not go for the breakfast so can not comment on the food. The room was great - coffee available in the in room Keurig. Bathroom on the small side but great water pressure in the shower and very clean. Drive to town approx. 6 mins - so deer and elk along the way. Will definitely stay again when in Jasper! Strongly recommend.

The location of Pyramid Lake Resort is fantastic - it’s a beautiful area and a very short drive down into Jasper. We found it to be a great base for getting around the park. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean although could do with a little modernisation. There are lovely touches such as complimentary boat rental (1hr per night stay), complimentary s’mores kits to use on the fire and a coffee and hot chocolate machine in reception.
Unfortunately the water in our room tasted absolutely disgusting. Given there was a strong sewage smell in the lower car park, we were worried about the safety of the water. Reception didn’t seem to care/have any explanation. We ended up using only bottled water.

it is a mini apartment with a rather small bedroom but a kitchenette and a nice little living room. nice view on the lake. so all together very pleasant. there are a bunch of bungalows with 6 units per bungalow. all the upper bungalows have view of the lake. if you do not like people passing in front of you, you can take the upper floor.
here is what I really did not like. when I came back at the end of the first day, the bed was unmade, the bathroom uncleaned. when I inquired about the cleaning policies of the hotel, they say the cleaning was "optional" and we had to choose on the QR code that was given to us when we checked in. nobody told us about it when we checked in and since we did not have reason to check the QR code, we did not. and so the room remains unclean. which for this price was a bit rough. I thought this was deceiving and a sneaky way to save money. this is why they do not have five stars. otherwise it Is a very nice facility. and people are very nice.
