The location relative to the airport was perfect, the complimentary shuttle was on time and reliable. My stay was short as I had other plans, but I would come back again. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't expect much from the complimentary breakfast but this one was amazing! Hot cooked food as well as a variety of continental options, and....waffles!! I would come back just for the breakfast.

Food surrounding the area within walking distance closes early and I had to walk for a while to find something open for dinner when I arrived. Those with a vehicle will have no problem driving a short distance to find something though.

This was my first time staying at the Stars Inn and I only have good things to say about my stay! From the helpfulness of the phone staff and the patient friendly fellow at the front desk and the efficient staff in the the breakfast area to the lovely clean room ,free parking and shuttle and wonderful breakfast, ( I like that the breakfast was until 10am! especially if one gets in off plane early in the am and you want to sleep in!) The pool was busy but I expected that. So I went down in morning and had a dip with only 2 other people there. Was nice to have restaurants in walking distance. All and all I would definally recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

They have a like a full breakfast I mean talking like real food good food eggs tater tots sausages toast waffles coffee juice milk tea like it was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had

I meant Soul travel and I'm a minority female I feel like could have done better how they treated me I mean their professionally friendly but it doesn't mean that they're professionally walking around with unconscious bias that I am a minority I felt like I could have been treated a little bit more classier more polished more refined I mean muscle female travel or by myself was a minority you know that takes strength courage resiliency

Breakfast is big and impressive if you have no allergies or dietary restrictions (gluten, meat, eggs). However not inclusive to vegan, dairy free, gluten free and caffeine free people. There is only caffeinated tea, nothing herbal. Being gluten free and vegan, there was only oranges to eat - and that is not something I can eat for breakfast... Please add ingredient list to items (like hash brows and beans) for people with allergies, I was not sure if I could eat it or not because no ingredients were available. Please have some bananas or vegan friendly options. And please any herbal tea aside from black tea would be sooo appreciated. You have such a nice breakfast and yet nothing I could have...

We had a late flight from Mexico, so we got to the hotel about 2:30 AM . We were quickly checked in and were given a room right by the elevator on the top floor. It was quiet and comfortable.

We were disappointed how slow the shuttle pick up was. Our flight was delayed, then an added delay getting our luggage ......so we were all very tired. Our shuttle van was at the pick up point, but full, and we were told to wait for the next one. We waited 45 minutes......made an additional call and finally a driver in a different van with no "Stars Inn" sign on it....actually came inside where we were waiting. When we said we were waiting for the Stars Inn and Wynham shuttle....he said went there too. This lack of communication was frustrating.

Whenever I land in the evening from a long-haul flight, I like to spend a night at a hotel near the airport. It gives me a chance to have a shower and get a good night's sleep. I chose this hotel because of its location, price, and breakfast... And I was very happy with my choice! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was nice.

I was very happy with everything, so there is nothing I didn't like. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I have an evening flight that lands in Edmonton.

The fellow at the check-I’m counter was super helpful and very friendly. We were only in our room 5 minutes and I thought the air conditioning unit was quite loud. I went downstairs and asked if we could be moved. He said he had never received a complaint before and thought it would probably settle down after 10 or so minutes of running (which may very well have been the case) but said, “Absolutely, I can move you. No problem.” Great breakfast included included sausages, eggs, hash browns, bagels, toast, porridge and beverages. The young lady working in the breakfast room was also super pleasant and helpful. Nicely setup room. Convenient to airport

Kind of have a love/hate with the laminate floor; maybe it is just getting used to it because almost all hotels in the province have carpet. Pros: great for allergies and spotlessly clean; Cons - less warm feeling and a bit noisy to walk on. There is not much choice of restaurants within a few minutes drive. That is not a problem of the hotel but it is really the only negative we found.

The facility was extremely nice... exceeded expectations. Breakfast was also nicely done with a lovely atmosphere created in the dining room. We were mildly disappointed with our "1 BR family room", as there was a wall separating the two king-sized beds, but no door, making the "1 BR" almost pointless to book and spend the extra money on as there was virtually no additional privacy. Book the basic room. Otherwise, the facility was clean, the staff very friendly. One other thing: the shuttle booking was a bit complicated. You need to book the shuttle to the airport early or you might not get the time you want as the shuttle is only able to take 4-6 people/ 30 minute segment. We ended up taking an Uber and incurring an extra expense because of this.

Great price. Clean. Quick elevators. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Would consider it a hotel instead of inn. It exceeded my expectations. Very very happy. Also I needed a playpen and asked for this when I booked which they said no problem. When we checked in the play pen was already set up with sheets on it - I REALLY appreciated this since we checked in very late and I could put baby to bed.

Front automatic door from outside entering flyer Didn’t work . No sign on door indicating this. We just stood there looking dumb with all the stuff in our hands until another customer (not staff!) notice us and open the door from the inside. The pool is open- we had gotten an email saying pool and hot tub were closed so we didn’t bring bathing suits. Then we show up and find the pool is actually working just not the hot tub. That was frustrating. Breakfast had quite the variety but wasn’t good quality food- not fresh. Better than nothing though.

Receptionist put me on hold & no response. I have to hang up after 7-8 minutes standing in parking of terminal 4. Then called 3 more times with intervals of 5 to 10 minutes to connect. It took me 45 minutes to request for a shuttle. The receptionist was a pleasant personality however on my arrival, handed over me the wrong key/room number. Luckily no one was in that room. I was very tired & came back to reception. She said sorry & handed over a new key with a different room number.
