I liked the breakfast and the service there. The bedroom was cozy and the beds very comfortable. The pool and the surrounding area was clean

It seems the floor in the bedroom was not properly cleaned, because we never used our outside shoes in the bedroom and for a few times I spotted few hairs that didn't belong to me or to any of my family members, on the bathroom floor and stucked on our socks. I also noticed there were no towels for us to use, while we were leaving the pool. It seems they have, because we saw a basket full of used towels, but not enough for us and for people who would come after us.

great place. good food, good location, friendly staff. I’ll probably stay here again and I’ll recommend it to anyone flying out of edmonton. The shuttle was very convenient.

had some problems with checking out which almost made me miss the shuttle. the staff said they would let me catch the shuttle and just send an email to clear up the issues. everything was resolved.

Breakfast was included - and it was substantial. Good size room and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub had long opening hours. Very quiet - set well back from the highway. Air conditioning was also quiet and efficient. Late check out allowed extra time in pool. Attentive staff (check-in, night porter and restaurant).

Loved the queen suite layout two separate living spaces with ensuite and full bathroom in the bedroom with 2 queen beds. Lots of space when travelling with little ones. We also enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Close to airport but quite.

Property was well kept and clean, staff were wonderful to deal with.

Property is a ways away from any stores and no walking paths to get into town center. Shuttle was unreliable as we spent an hour waiting at the airport then called the hotel and was told it would be another half hour so we took a taxi. The morning shuttle wasn’t any better as it wouldn’t wait even 2 minutes while we tried to gather our things, so we had to take a taxi again in order to get to the airport.

It was very quiet. We had access to the pool alone, as long as no one else needed it. And no one did. We spent over an hour enjoying ourselves! Fantastic! Due to covid, we had to pre-order our complimentary breakfast, which was fine. Set a time for morning pick up, and it was waiting for us. Would stay here again. Only a quick cab away from the mall or downtown Leduc.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Hard almost.

Very clean and comfortable room, with reasonable parking priced for the time we are out of country. Easy shuttle to airport.

The kitchen was only serving a buffet dinner, didn't appeal.

It was quiet and we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves.

The pillows, they definitely need upgrading! We noticed a lot of dirt &/or dead bugs in areas that are possibly not seen or cleaned very often. The stairwell closest to the pool was very dirty. $20 per peraon for breakfast was surprising.

Location. Also the road into the property was a giant pot hole. Could definitely use some sprucing up on the landscaping out front of the building. Also elevator was very loud. Might need to service them

Not so much the property as a comment. The pillows were too flat and squishy. Didn’t realize they were down😬
