Close to airport with free shuttle bus to snd from. Comfortable room…we had the junior suite which gave us a sitting area as well as the bedroom area. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice of hot and cold food. We had a meal in the grill bar on our last evening and the food was excellent although a little pricey.

It would have been nice if there had been better instructions in the spa as to how to operate it.

Overall energy of the hotel. The bed was exceptional.

The poor fellow working the front desk was overwhelmed despite the time. It was 2200 when we checked in and there was a long lineup of folks waiting to check in with multiple people on hold. It seems more staff may be needed in evenings. Wait time to check in was ~40minutes.

We stay here fairly regularly as my husband flies to and from work from Leduc and usually lands late. We live almost 2 hours away so he usually elects to get a hotel and this is close to the airport and reasonably priced. I like this hotel a lot. I decided once to try a cheaper place and will not be doing that again, we will stick with what we know. The rooms are always clean, toiletries provided, coffee, tea, water, in the room. The beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is, for the most part, very good and included with the room. If you don't like what they are serving, Tim Hortons is right there.

Shoutout to Kim their front desk receptionist, for offering their long term parking to us. It saved us money and time instead of going to park n’ fly. The rain was so so bad that loading and unloading our luggages to our truck would be much of a hassle for us. They have a shuttle bus to take us to the airport and picked us up when we got back. It was very much convenient. Our truck was safe and not a single scratch.

just a minor thing, their tables at the pantry just needs to be wiped down after guests used them.

Room was lovely, clean & comfortable. Bar/Restaurant staff were outstanding. Front Desk staff at Check-out were fast, efficient & friendly.

Front desk staff at Check-In, however, reduced the overall quality of the whole experience. Male was spot-on but Female needs more training in both telephone etiquette & customer service in general.

The staff were very helpful, and the facillity was exceptionally clean! Which we were really surprised about after a couple of other recent trips to other hotels. And the bed was very comfy. The only reason I did not give you guys a 10 out of 10 rating, on everything was because your facilities pool was not open, which we have been running into a lot, and we really enjoy the hot tub after a long days travel. But we will definately stay with you next trip we make to Edmonton.

I asked for the crib to be set up in the room prior to our arrival. we had to call front desk to bring it up but that is no problem at all, they brought it up ASAP :)

Initial conversations with the staff at front desk We were part of a large wedding and it was at 3 we needed to check in a bit early so that we could get to venue by three The initial person I spoke to on the phone was a bit rude and said because we had booked it through a third party they would NOT accommodate the request

I made reservations for my elderly mom. She landed at 1:30 am. The hotel sent a shuttle to pick her up, they helped her with her suitcase. They were also able to let her do a late check out. Overall, very accommodating.

We really enjoyed this property. It is close to the Edmonton Airport and great value for the price. The breakfast is included and offers many selections. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I need an Edmonton Airport Hotel.
