Crystal Star Inn Edmonton Airport with free shuttle to and from Airport

The location to the airport and free shuttle was awesome! The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and so was the tub. The Wifi worked flawlessly and the fireplace was a nice touch. There were plenty of snack machines if a person wanted, but I left too early for the breakfast to catch a flight. That's OK, 4 AM is too early for food. The staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend to any traveler. Thank You.

The carpet may have felt a tad gritty on bare feet, but that was a minor observance. the room was clean & the carpet didn't look worn or dirty. Besides, Spring is a gritty time of year as the street cleaners haven't cleaned up all the outdoor road grit. Who knows, maybe the vacuum bag was near full when my room was prepared. I did arrive early so maybe they had to rush. It's all good!

The shuttle to my terminal worked very well. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet, i got a good sleep. My door would not lock on the room I was given, lady at the counter hooked me up with another room.

Had no idea where the free shuttle was at the airport, rode a free one over. Asked the morning lady at the counter for a receipt and she was quite frosty with contact booking, I cannot give you one.

Room and Bed as expected

Breakfast has been down graded from previous stays. Used to have omlettes and sausages, now frozen waffles. When I checked in the guy at check in said he needed my drivers license so I went to grab it from my vehicle, when I came back he had left and I had to wait about 10 minutes for him so I could check in. TV downgraded to whatever LG has for free.

The Crystal Star Inn was great value for money. Everything was fine: comfort, facilities, & staff.

I had a very difficult arrival because my plane got in so late (after 1 am). I phoned for a shuttle but it took a long time, the taxis were very expensive ar $25 for a 5 min. journey so, after an hour’s wait, I ended up going by Uber just as the shuttle arrived.

Room was bright, very spacious, and clean. Can walk to food, both fast food and restaurant. Purpose to stay was to go to airport via shuttle very early the next morning rather than have family get up and drive from the city. This was perfect...could not have considered it if the price wasn't so low...and was very happy with the quality of the place considering the low price I paid (~$50 or 60 for the night). They have free breakfast, but we were leaving too early to get it...they gave us a take away bag! Super impressed.

Nothing to complain about

Comfortable, affordable place for a quick stop. I wouldn’t say it was a fancy place but one of the best places a person could stay close to the airport. Will come again. Front desk lady was super jolly and kind, she upgraded our room for us once we got there. We also got free on-sight parking for one week while we were gone travelling. Free hourly shuttle to the airport. Our room had a fridge, large tv, good sized table and a fireplace! So cozy and the room was huge and there was lots of space.

The location is great. Close to the Park"n Fly which is where I prefer to leave my vehicle when I travel. The room was large and clean. The fireplace in the corner makes it seems very homey. The bed I chose to sleep on was very comfortable. A nice quiet place to rest.

The entertainment system was not fuctioning. Not a huge deal.

The location is quite near the Edmonton airport. Your Crystal Star Inn Edmonton Airport could give me a small bag of breakfast at 6:00 am, it was a good expectation though not much food. Thank you much.

The wardrobe is next to the front door and there is not a door to cover my coat and other clothings, which is not good if I have some friend to visit me and would see those things right at the front door.

The shuttle and 10 free days of parking were very nice. Room was clean and the price was right. We definitely will stay again next time we fly. Restaurants were within walking distance

The free breakfast must be requested and is a 2 bite muffin and yogurt cup. Juice box and mini orange in a paper bag. I wouldn’t even offer that. Makes it feel really cheapskate

The hotel was quiet and warm. The price was good for this time of year. I was quite impressed. The night staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The day staff appeared distant but professional. I would stay there again and recommend Crystal Star Inn to others.

The room could have been cleaner. I found some garbage items on the floor.
