The breakfast was really good. There were many hot or cold options. The bed were comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Check out was easy. I forgot my gift cards at home but they were able to use the card number to process payment.

I reserved a Two Bedroom Suite and expected 2 bedrooms. In reality, it’s a common area with a king bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds. I was expecting a common area with 2 bedrooms. The pictures also showed a kitchen and there was none in the room. Our room had a jet tub but it was so dirty we couldn’t even use it, which was upsetting to the children. The pool doesn’t have a shallow enough end for little kids. People have to be 3’ 8” or taller to have their heads above the water.

Great hotel! Room was very spacious and the extra bedroom was perfect for us. Breakfast room was clean and food was delicious! Fancy coffee machine in lobby was a hit with the family. Pool and hot tub were open and clean (seems rare these days). Mattress was great and pillows were great as well. Loved having the couch and chair in living room with King bed as well. Extra bedroom with two single beds was perfect! Overall awesome experience and the staff was amazing!

I gave this hotel a 9/10. We had a great experience! However if I was being picky I would have liked a bigger bathroom with a fan. I realize the smaller bathroom made for a bigger living room area but I just want future travellers to be aware. If a small bathroom is not your fav then now you know.

Every staff member I came across was very pleasant. The registrar went out of her way to get the room cleaned early so I could get in before regular check in time which I really appreciated. I was travelling with my dog and all the staff were very friendly him. There was a lot of green space around the hotel that he could exercise in and well placed garbages. The room itself was very spacious and had everything in the kitchenette that I would need to make or heat up a meal. The breakfast had everything you could want and every part of the hotel was kept spotless even though I arrived during a rain storm.

I didn’t like the extra eco and tourist fees that were tacked on. I would have preferred knowing the exact price ip front, but I realize those fees are added taxes by the government and not them.

Beds very comfy. Staff super friendly. Easy parking. Simple shower controls.

Breakfast could be improved; kept running out of coffee, bacon and ham. Super bright lights at rear of property should be turned off after midnight, so guests could open the small window and not have to operate the very noisy air conditioner. Adults and children running constantly on suite above ours was pretty annoying. Would have liked CNN channel on TV.

From the friendly greeting at the entrance, to the setup of the room - we loved our stay. It was quiet, a great price, and had enough space for our family of five. Breakfast in the morning was a treat - something for everyone. Hot and cold options. Comfortable beds. We had a two room suite and this afforded the grown ups privacy, kids were thrilled to have their own space. There were 2 tvs, mini fridge, working air conditioning (which we appreciated muchly given the 30 degree heat outdoors!!) and it was a close drive to the Canyon Coaster and Discovery Canyon.

I have no complaints!

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of hot and cold options. The breakfast staff were very polite and efficient. The front desk staff on checkin were efficient, polite and helpful when asked for eating options for dinner nearby.

Although the linens on the bed were clean and lovely, the mattress is definitely in need of replacement. It’s getting lumpy and saggy.

Breakfast was especially nice, there were so many options. One of the staff members pulled me aside to tell me they had opened a conference room for us, when she noticed I was dealing with my 4 children while eating the fact that there weren't any seats for all of us. The kids thought it was so special to eat in a fancy room like that.

Maybe just the insulation quality in the rooms....we could hear the people above us come in and for about an hour after falling asleep, couldn't go back to sleep because of the noise

The staff was amazing. From the front desk on check in and out and the promptness of the young girls in the breakfast area cleaning and refilling to the very nice and chatty housekeeper on our floor. We have already booked our stay for our next business trip.

There really is nothing I would suggest for change. It is a very nice and comfortable place to stay.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, AC was working well. The Spa in the room was awesome.

The bed was very soft. Honestly, I got a little back pain in the morning. The breakfast area is small in compare to the number of guests stayed the night at the hotel.

wasn’t hard to find. loved the staff member that checked us in. clean, nice, large room. great breakfast. I have never seen such an attentive staff member taking care of the breakfast. she was amazing.

the beds initially seemed ok but none of us felt rested by the time we left. but we also found this at another best western hotel we stayed at in Calgary too
