It's very much a classic motel, with somewhat dated facilities but everything works and was sufficient for my own needs as I was there for work. If you're looking for a simple place to stay, and especially if you might need a kitchenette, you honesly couldn't go wrong here. Better, it's super close to both Walmart and Superstore where I picked up some groceries for breakfast the next day.

Aside from everything being a bit dated (like the stove), there's really not much to say. My goal was a quiet place to sleep for a night, not a resort with a pool and a breakfast waiting in the morning.

Bed was very comfy, everything was very clean, good dark out curtains and a window that could be opened as well as an adequate AC unit. Nice shower and lots of linens plus maps and pamphlets about the city and area. Room was comfortable temp when I arrived with one light on .

Maybe not as many electric cords around , coffee pot didnt complete cycle right away, maybe too many things on one plug in. Very small compared to the things I did appreciate, arriving after midnight as I did on a late flight.

The room is newly furnished and clean. Sheets and towels were clean. Heaters take a while to heat up so it was difficult to dry out our wet ski clothes, but by morning they did dry. It was very quiet at night despite being on the busy road. It deserves a higher rating than it currently has on Booking.com.

The outside of the hotel could use some maintenance which gives you a bad first impression, but the rooms are quite nice.

The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was a nice addition. The air was nice and cold. The price was right!

It's not a real issue for us, but it is right on the highway, and you can hear traffic. There were only 2 pillows. A couple more would be appreciated. Our own fault for not asking for more.

The room size and layout was great. The full kitchen & all the gadgets supplied made it easy to cook my supper. The A/C worked well, even if it was a little too noisy at night for my liking.

The bed was quite hard & not very comfortable, however the pillows & blankets were good. Also the shower was a little confusing - I'd never seen one before where you pull down on a lip of the faucet.

Room was comfy, clean and quiet. The convenience to the highway was excellent. The cleaning staff do an excellent job of maintaining the rooms. I really liked the windows that open up. It naturally freshens the room, without air fresheners that attempt to mask smell.

The exterior tired looking and the motel accommodates smokers with chairs, tables, ashtrays outside most rooms. The alternative is, having individuals smoke in the rooms.

Good lighting, clean. we appreciated the room we booked with cooking facilities. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Very clean. Mirror in living area affords an extra area for blow drying/curling hair or applying makeup.

we would like two kitchen chairs for eating at kitchen table, More large drinking glasses would be a bonus.

Was clean staff were excellent

With no vehicle and a bum leg it was a bit far from everything forr a young healthy guy it would have been perfect

Excellent location. Excellent price. Great friendly staff. The rooms are very clean, and even though the motel was pretty full, the people there were respectful and quiet. I have stayed at other places, cheaper places, in Cranbrook, and this is at the top of my list every time.

There really is nothing negative for me to say.

I was able to get a room last minute and oay debit card. Staff was great!

I wanted a cheap place to stay and had low expectations. It was better than that by far. Would like better light blocking blinds and curtains. Thanks!
