The location of the breakfast was ok, but did think the quality was very low on bread products and extremely low-quality meat products. Dry and hard meats, one can tell its not good quality McDonalds is better quality. The coffee was decent but only skim milk? no options for anything other than skim milk or coffee mate.

Better meat products, choice of milk product added for coffee, and longer breakfast hours than 9:30, increase this to 10:30 would be better. This is a good hotel with friendly people and staff. it is a great place to stay.

The complimentary breakfast was great! I liked the decor of the room and how clean it was.

Unfortunately we booked on the weekend a hockey team was staying at this hotel and they ran up and down the hallways at all hours, no staff or parents asked them to stop or handled it. The curtains also don't close which is REALLY weird so it was bright at night and difficult to stay asleep. Additionally, upon check in I had an inconsolable baby who I was having difficulty with and the staff member let two people in front of me without even asking if I was needing help, by the time she finally helped me my baby had been screaming for ~15 minutes, it would have been GREAT to have been checked in right when I got there and not have to wait for two other people who came after me. It definitely put a sour taste in my mouth right from the start.

Hotel was easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was quite spacious and clean (except for the carpet, which was stained and required steaming). The bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was very good. Places close by for dinner. Would happily stay again.

Although the hotel was a little more run down than expected - the staff more than made up for it! We had been evacuated from Kelowna and everyone was so amazing and understanding about the situation. kudos to the amazing staff!!!!

The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. They supplied extra towels and very quickly resolved our TV issue. The night clerk was exceptionally friendly and chatted with us for a few minutes after we returned from a medical appointment at 2:00 AM.

My son loved the pool and the room. My husband and son loved the breakfast. I love the Pizza Now Restaurant that delivered delicious food to us so we didn’t have to go out again after a long drive!

The location was great and the breakfast was good

The duvet cover had blood on it and it was tucked in underneath so we couldn't see it, but the covers we too short so we untucked it and that is how we saw it. It doesn't make us feel like cleanliness for the bedding is a high priority, and that is what is most important to us

Breakfast good. Woman who was organizing breakfast and watching out for guests was friendly, helpful, approachable. Just excellent!

My needs, which are minimal... quiet, clean, helpful and courteous staff were met. So there was nothing I didn’t like.

The breakfast was an unexpected treat. Very good! Coffee hot and tasty. The woman working had two cheese omelettes made for us. She was so helpful, cheerful and friendly. Our stay was great!

We have no complaints.

Easy location off of the highway. Comfortable room with a reasonable amount of space. Great continental breakfast!

Everything was super clean except for the carpet in our room - it was very dirty.
