bed sheets had multiple hairs and smells like someone else had just slept in the bed, but the staffs quickly replaced the sheets which is awesome.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel was also really accessible via bus transportation like right Infront of the hotel. Service delivery was also very convenient. Bed was comfortable. Showers were awesome, pressure temperature everything great. Quite tranquil no unnecessary Noice from the outside. Great place for travelers on a budget.

I wish there was more clarity on the breakfast part. But then again, I didn't ask, I just assumed they'd bring it to the room since I didn't see a restaurant. Some guests are kind of shy to ask but they could ask guests on arrival where they would like to have their breakfast if at all offered. There was a small common area at the reception. Maybe that's where breakfast is served, I don't know, just ask when you get there. Better scent to the rooms would be nice.

I liked that the hotel has been through a refresh and the old carpet was gone! It was a non smoking room and it didn't smell like smoke like so many others do. The staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was simple but good! The beds were comfortable and clean.

The floor wasn't clean and I know it's because of difficulties to find good people these days. The issue wasn't much of a problem though since the flooring is vinyl planks. I took 5 minutes with a wet towel under my feet and just like that we had clean floors. We had stayed at a different hotel the week before. Let's call them Stinklodge at city centre. The front desk told me straight up when I asked for a better room coming back, that the room we were in "was the best they had". It was gross and stunk of smoke despite being sold as a non smoking room. We cancelled and booked this one instead and we were so glad we did.

Larger room than expected. Good to have fridge but very little utensils if you want to cook. Clean shower bath and asked for extra towels and pillows which they provided. Comfy beds.

Bad news - On the way back we stopped here but our two bikes locked on back of our car were stolen and no CCTV records and apparently this is regular occurrence 🙄😭 police said this happens often and we have no chance of getting them back with damage to our car.

Easy access. The bed comfort was fabulous. Best that we have had anywhere! All service staff were very. Nice to deal with very friendly. Price was very affordable.

The room was not well cleaned. The floors were gritty and the floor towel for the shower had footprints on it. There was not an extra roll of tp in the room so I had to. Ask for one. The chair at the desk was hard to get into as there wasn’t really enough space.

The room was spacious, bathroom was clean. Stayed one night, bed was clean and comfortable.

AC is noisy, not for light sleepers. Non-existent breakfast, it was basically jam and bread to take to your room. Don't expect much if the listing says 'Breakfast included'. Wires (from TV/AC/Fridge) in the room can be a tripping hazard for families with young children.

Amazing value for a clean renovated room with two beds and continental breakfast included. Would recommend for 1-2 night stay in Kamloops. Close to shopping and restaurants

I liked the location. I like the beds most hotel beds hurt my back but these ones don't so I keep coming back! Friendly staff and effective service.

Towels, next time I'll bring my own. Just because of the Covid-19 Policies the rooms aren't checked daily. Very understandable.

Breakfast was served in the lobby with bread, butter, jam, muffin, juice & coffee

Refrigerator was in the working order but needed to defrost as their was lot of ice in it.
