Easy to get to from the highway. Locates just 5 mins drive from downtown and large supermarket. Fuel stations very close. Room was huge and clean. Bathroom nice, good shower. Downtown Kamloops is a nice place with plenty of eateries to choose from. Good spot for a single night while travelling from Vanvouver to the Rockys. Breakfast bag* and coffee ready to go first thing from reception

Heavier road noise starting from approx 05:30am. But you expect that given the location and we were away early anyway. Contents of breakfast bag could be more plentiful... A warm yoghurt and broken cereal bar aren't great.

Used it as a stopping point on our way to the ferry from Calgary. So great location right near the highway for getting out of town. Walkable restaurant at the nearby casino was also a plus. Hotel is fairly new so room, bed, carpet etc all felt a bit more luxurious for this level of hotel.

Staff were okay but didn’t offer much in the way of welcoming or friendliness. Said online that breakfast was included but was really a grab and go bag with a yogurt and granola bar. Maybe shouldn’t advertise that as breakfast.

Not my first time here and the property didn't disappoint. The beds are comfy, no road noise, ample parking, in-room controlled AC, blackout curtains, and the location is close but not too close to the hwy. Staff was very good.

I realize we're still in a pandemic but other properties have figured out how to still serve breakfast. The property provided to-go bags with yogurt, granola bar and a juice box, and coffee. Other properties have moved onto buffet style breakfasts.

Rooms were very good size. Bed was big and super comfy. The room was really clean!

As per other reviews the staff weren't overly friendly and breakfast isn't breakfast it's a bag with juice, yogurt and cereal bar but we were prepared for this as we had seen other reviews so if you can look past that it's a clean and comfy stop for one night!

Clean and big rooms. We were just passing through and this done nicely. Free parking. Free WiFi. Small breakfast to start day but all fine. Can walk to few food options nearby including casino. Petrol station across road. Price excellent ... main reason we booked.

Nothing. There were a few homeless people about but they kept to themselves.

The hotel room was excellent. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Very quiet for a full hotel. Staff was very friendly and personable.

No blow-dryer in room, but one was available at the front desk. No coffee maker in room either, but Covid is the likely reason for both the blow-dryer and coffee machine. Coffee was available at the desk but tea was an issue, however the staff made it happen! Parking is very tight at this location. Bagged breakfast was okay. Didn't like getting peanut butter granola bars though and had no choice.

there was not enough parking, the lobby is very small, and when we arrived the receptionist was on the phone for a good 10 minutes and there was another staff member behind her on a computer and we just left to stand there waiting it was not comfortable

Accessible and convenient property with simple facilities, clean bathroom and free parking. Double room was spacious enough for 4 people with a large fridge.

Breakfast was average (muesli bars/yoghurt/juice totally for travelling)

Since the hotel is quite new it was very nice inside. Our room was a good size, spotless and well laid out

The bathroom door was in an odd place and you couldn't leave the door open to access the outer sink. The access via the highway is a bit cumbersome, not difficult, just odd if you didn't know the area

The staff were really friendly and very helpful when asking where to go for dinner. The bed was really comfortable (the pillows not so much). The room was very clean and very spacious

No kettle or coffee maker in the room but was given them upon request.
