Gikku Front Desk, excellent customer service. Always had a kind smile and acknowledged every customer. Very kind, and very attentive to customers' needs. Helped right away to carry my suitcase up the stairs. Came up to the room and helped with the TV. Asked if we needed anything at all to just call him and he would make sure it was brought up to our room right away. I could see him working his way to General Manager of a posh hotel. Your other Front Desk people were very good and had very good customer service skills as well.

Unfortunately no elevator. One day I won't be able to do the stairs.

We liked the waffles, bagels, cream cheese, and fruit cups. The breakfast was very pleasant and the breakfast room was nice. Our room was clean, quiet, warm and cozy.

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. The only things I would change are, I would really prefer not to have any air freshener sprayed in the room, I would like it if there was a handheld shower sprayer in the bathroom, more counter or shelf space in the bathroom, and the bathroom sink is really low. Also, I don't know if there are any lower floor rooms that are dog free, but there should be. I would always want a room that is pet free.

It was clean and the large room accommodated the 6 of us. The staff were phenomenal!! Absolutely wonderful. Front desk clerk Gikku was sweet and was able to help us when we needed more pillows and help with an issue in our room. The young lady managing the breakfast room was SO sweet and kept the area super clean and stocked. She was truly remarkable. For a site that was short staff, their team was wonderful, kind, sweet, personable, and very, very welcoming. Food options for breakfast were awesome as well. There were lots of GF options, which was nice.

It took about 20 mins waiting outside our room for them to finish, but it was nice to know it was properly cleaned. :D That is my one and only complaint.

Lovely comfortable & beautiful room. I was traveling with an elderly person with mobility issues. The handicapped parking was not clearly marked, there was no offering with grab bats or higher toilets. Staff did offer a bath seat for easier in & out of the tub - which was appreciated.

A few more amenities for handicapped or accessible customers would be progressive. Grab bars in the bathrooms, etc

I was travelling with two seniors for medical appointments. The front desk staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. They upgraded us to a suite without charge and offered help and assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast choices were excellent - with a good selection available - better than I've seen at other similarly rated accommodation.

Breakfast area was not very clean. Even though we stayed in a pet friendly room I know they are usually the best rooms but the carpet was pretty disgusting. Rates are super high for the hotel! With pet fees my room was almost $300 for one night. I have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was only $110. Might be because of a lot of pipeline workers staying in Kamloops.

Came in late. Most places to eat were closed. Reception staff very friendly and helpful to find someplace still open to get food.

We stayed there 2 or 3 weeks earlier and had excellent reviews for everything. However, this time for the breakfast we did not feel comfortable like our previous stay how they handled breakfast due to covid. It was a different staff person in the dining room. She did not wash tables between guests, did not have enough utensils out. Maybe rules changed but earlier the kitchen staff made the waffles. Not this time so many people handling waffle makers with no cleaning in between.

Friendly staff, good choice of breakfast although no warm eggs/bacon, but I stayed only one night so it worked well for me.

Doors slamming made a lot of noise (felt like the noise came from my room), there are no elevators (although one person at reception offered to carry my bags). A bit far from city center, about 10min drive. I found it weird that they asked guests to put a paper on their dashboard, especially since they'd already asked for my licence plate. I had to get back out after checking in and carrying my luggage in the room. The adaptor I used to travel to North America didn't fit in the sockets close to the bed as I use an adaptor with a grounded prong and the one close to the bed didn't allow that.

Breakfast was ok not much variety unless you liked waffles No hot dishes like scrambled eggs.Disappointed! Other than that everything was fine. Just be aware no elevator in hotel so you have to cart suitcases upstairs. Young lad at front helped us which was very kind

Very easy to get to, off highway. Quiet room, comfy beds. Close to gas station & restaurants. Dairy Queens is right beside it!!! Morning breaky included; waffle machine easy to use. Added whip cream to syrup on waffles. Yummmmy!!!!! Would def stay here again & recommend to others.
