Clean. Beds really comfortable, lots of plug-ins and sockets near the bed for phone charging & c-pap machines needed for sleep. Strong Wifi- TV has hdmi input and a socket nearby as well for any streaming devices. Very deep drawers and closet. Quiet. Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot all in room and good condition. Lots of lamps. Great water pressure! Love the blowdryer! Able to get late check out. Staff friendly.

Hard to regulate temperature as thermostat seemed finicky. Could only open window 1 inch as it was bolted closed. 1 small bathtowel per guest is not enough for a big girl with long hair to dry off. Keycard had to be reprogrammed a few times. Hot tub was barely luke warm.

Hotel was simply amazing! The front reception is a little deceiving as it doesn't come across like the front of a hotel but once you walk in you know you're at a 5 star facility. Rooms and air conditioning were great! I loved the secure parking. I was on a motorcycle trip for almost two weeks and it was a wonderful feeling knowing our vehicles were safe in underground parking. The pool was also very nice. The hot tub was a fair size and clean. I'm a clean freak and this place was great! The complimentary breakfast was fantastic as well to start your day. Lots of different options for breakfast including: eggs, sausages, cereal, and different types of drinks. I'd stay here again in a New York minute and coincidentally I am staying here at the same hotel in a few weeks.

Good breakfast with make-your-own waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs & egg patties, croissants and bagels/English muffins to toast, decent little pool and hot tub, staff was friendly

Covered parking just a little short for vehicle with roof rack but surface parking was available - had to use key card for elevator, which is for security I suppose, but a bit of a hassle if you forget something in your room, can’t send your kid back to get it even if someone else is in the room because they can’t get up to the room via the elevator without the key card - really need one key card per person in the room if this is the system.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable bed and good strong shower. Small fridge (no freezer) , microwave and one-cup coffee machine in room. The window opened! - not too wide but enough to get fresh air. A good hotel-type buffet breakfast. Eggs, hash browns, sausages (which I don't eat), bagel muffins, croissants and waffles. Bananas, apples, oranges. Swimming pool and hot tub, which I didn't use because I was very tired.

The location -- no where near town and in a small hotel zone.... nothing interesting to see if you walk around. But fine for a quick one night stay. The bottom sheets don't seem to hug the mattress (mentioned elsewhere) - so bunch up and crumple a bit. I realize many places have staffing issues, but it looks like at one time there was a small bar and seating area. That would be a great thing to bring back as sometimes you want to just relax for some time after a long drive.

The hotel was exactly what we needed for a 1 night stopover. Nothing fancy, but it was spacious, clean and beds were really comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find an onsite laundry which was super convenient given we had been travelling and planned to find a laundromat anyway. Included breakfast was better than expected for price point

Location was a bit odd, but seems lots of hotels in that location for stopovers. You dont actually get to enjoy the town itself and not really a place to go for a nice stroll and all the restaurant options are in other hotels with no option for dinner in the hotel itself

My 3rd time staying here. Always clean and hygienic. Extra blanket and towels available if asked for. Hot breakfast served downstairs hubby thinks is okay. Elevator doesn't always read the keycard. Hit tub barely warm. Window in room did not open at all this time.

Staff was amazing. Super nice, friendly and helpful.. The building and areas for visitors are beautiful. Built of logs and natural stone, decorated with beautiful art in Canadian style. There is a big stone fireplace surrounded by comfy places to sit, a beautiful dining room with views that are spectacular out across the tree lined valley with the rugged Rocky Mountains in the background. Our room had a cozy gas fireplace, a large outside deck, a view to die for, a natural wood ceiling as well as a beautiful log outer wall.

The breakfast was nice and the gym, while smaller, was quite a nice way to get a work-out in! The equipment could be updated maybe, but it was fine for a short stay. The room was very comfy and modern! Staff were very friendly and helpful as well; only suggestion would be to move the smoking area, as I parked outside the hotel briefly and my car smelled like smoke for the rest of my trip. The elevator area was a bit messy as well (but it was melt-season). Overall great value for money!

The room was great, tons of space & I loved that the bathroom was away from the bedroom. I was happy to find out we had underground parking, but then they closed it off the second day due to cleaning & never opened it back up, so I had to park elsewhere. The pool was nice but a bit chilly & the pool area itself could've used a cleaning, particularly the windows.

The breakfast was not very hot & they only had plastic cutlery, which did not work well for the waffles, especially.

When we first entered the room, it was freezing! We tried adjusting the temperature but were unable to, but after a phone call to reception it was all sorted. The bed was huge and super comfortable. There were lovely views from our window. Free breakfast was included in the price. The hotel location was close to the shopping mall and various restaurants. The free parking was great.

The sliding bathroom door isn't ideal. It's noisy and clunky.
