Accent Inns Kelowna

Room was spacious and clean. Property is a little older, but appears to be well maintained. Ample parking, and outdoor pool (we didn't use it but looked clean and well maintained)

The room set up is very odd. In our room , the bed is located directly at the front of room, right next to entry/door. Their is also a window right next to bed with people walking by (its a motel) which makes it feel a little less private. And the love seat and table are further into the room, in the more private area. Not sure why the room isn't set up in reverse, with the bed near back of room with more quiet and privacy?

This property is located quite centrally in Kelowna and conveniently has a grocery store across the road and shares a parking lot with Starbucks. Our room was clean and tidy on arrival and check in was very efficient. The aircon worked fine against the 36C heat and wasn't too noisy. The bed was just right for comfort. We were on the back of the property which was quiet.

The kitchenette could barely be called that. 2 burner stove, small microwave and a bar fridge but no table to sit at. OK for simple meals like cereal and toast but that's about it.

Staff were great and welcoming, room was very clean, TV was huge and I loved that it was a smart TV so we could watching YouTube and Netflix.

The bathroom is a bit dated (the toilet and tub) and a bit dark, but still clean nonetheless. We were sad that there was no ducky in our room, but the staff gave us one when we checked out to make up for it.

I came to Kelowna for surgery. I stayed a week with a friend at Accent Inns. It was a very good choice. We were able to cook our own food and the beds were comfortable. It was a bonus to have access to bikes and it gave my friend a way to explore the city while I recovered from my surgery.

No major issues.

Beds were comfortable and the location and quite close to downtown. They made us choose which floor regardless if we have our dog with us. They have a grassy area off to the side where our dog could do her business

They didn't really have a table when we can enjoy our take outs 😁 really should just be a 0.5 deduction on the rating doesn't do half

The bed was so comfortable, the room clean. Ricki restaurant close and guest laundry. Check in by Emily was smooth and pleasant

Construction starts early in the morning before 8 am.( otherwise was nice and quiet) If you are senior or health issues ask for ground floor

The room was nice and big, clean and convenient. Staff was very friendly. I was there for a dance show and showed up wearing a strange outfit, staff was joking around with us and we had a awesome time. I had a few friends check in at a later time and it was no hassle at all.

Room was clean and comfortable but was disappointed that there was no breakfast even though it was advertised that there is free breakfast

Room was exceptionally clean,comfortable and welcoming. Staff very pleasant and helpful.loved having a kettle to make a decent cup of tea!!! will definitely stay again on my next business trip to Kelowna.

The room was as expected from a 3-star hotel, clean room and functioning air conditioning.

The price was very high for the level of the hotel, we paid an average of $450 a night! This was at the end of June during the heatwave. They took advantage of the fact many people were looking to escape the heat. Normally this kind of hotel would be around $200-250 a night.
