Previous reviews advised that the resort was older and less modern than others. We agreed; however, for the 8 hot August days we spent there, the AC was 100% working and very cool, the outdoor pool was available every day, the indoor pool and hot tub were fully operational, and there was no significant late-night or early morning noise. For us, it represented excellent value for money We also appreciated that room service did a great job!

As others said, it's a little older and in the process of repairs and maintenance. As we left, the outdoor pool had to be taken offline because some kids are peeled off some loose tiles, making the pool unsafe. Yes the tiles should have been secured, but also: kids peeled off tiles. Parents!

Beds were comfortable. Quiet location with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was closed during our stay. It was exactly what we needed in a difficult time (during the state of emergency due to summer fires). Flights were cancelled and we needed a single night stay before catching a ride to YVR. There were not many accommodation options still available so we appreciated getting this one. A clean and safe solution.

We were only there for a short time and could not make use of facilities.

The trip was for my sons 10th birthday, we picked this location because of the outdoor pool. Without notice or warning, they shut down the outdoor pool for painting and water treatment while the indoor pool was littered with floating bandaids and dirt. It was a bummer they decided to do the maintenance on a weekend rather than a weekday and giving zero notice. The internet did not work and the housekeepers didn’t stop by.

We thought the property was beautiful, loved staying in the 1 bedroom suite with the courtyard and big grassy area leading out to the pool area. We loved both of the pools.

Our suite wasn’t cleaned very well before we checked in, the bathroom was a little bit dirty. We didn’t have a patio table or chairs on our patio and the children in the room next to us were playing on our patio so it wasn’t very private.

Room was well suited for a family of 6. Kids loved the pools. Room had convenient access to the courtyard. BBQ was great for cooking too. Resort is located close to amenities, such as stores, restaurants, etc.

Some of the amenities were not available as published. No basketball net or putting green.

So great to walk out your door into a nice green space and a pool! Perfect for families. Staff was friendly, kids enjoyed the pool, ping pong and being able to play pass with the football and soccer ball right outside the door.

The shower faucets were a little wobbly but had good water pressure

It needs property maintenance. The appliances and rooms in general needs updating. It is overall kept however since it’s old it looks dirty. Property outside doesn’t look appealing. The place is stuck in the 80’s 90’s era.

I like the way your rooms are put up is nice. Your place resembles a tiny community where you can observe your neighbours engaging in activities such as eating, grilling , watching their kids play . Also you can carry out daily activities outside.

Great location in central Kelowna (note that Kelowna is VERY busy and traffic quite extraordinary). Room was quiet, comfortable, clean. Facilities at this hotel are great - pools, laundry etc. Importantly, the staff are just lovely. A real gem of a find.

The outdoor pool area was quite nice and the outdoor areas are kept quite well. Their flower beds were gorgeous . The staff are very nice!

The hotel could use some renovations . Though that costs alot of money these days..
