We were upgraded to a kitchenette. Would have been great for a longer stay. Place was clean but outdated. Good location near Harvey Street and Rec Center. Traffic noise was not bad. Enjoyed the small outdoor pool. Reasonable price compared to other Kelowna properties. Breakfast offering was sufficient for our needs. Nice to have that included. Very friendly staff. Nice to have barbecues and picnic table area on a small strip on edge of property.

We were in the pet area section and put up with incessant barking for half an hour before contacting the front desk to contact the absentee owners. Some people are not aware of how their animal behaves while they are gone. Annoying. Would ask to not be in that section. If you are a big breakfast eater, go across the street to the IHOP.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. From when I arrived the gentleman at the desk directed me where to park, gave me some information about the hotel policies and showed me where to have breakfast. The included breakfast was small but nice. The room itself was very spacious for me and the dog. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean. What I really liked was the pet supplies when I walked into the room; treats, bags and food bowl.

I liked the size of the room I was put in and the amenities in the room. The location was ok being in the centre of the city but would obviously love being closer to the water. The pool was wonderful and the staff were super friendly.

I found that the air conditioner in the room was very loud. I am a very light sleeper so I found myself not having it on at night. I also found the bathroom not as clean as I would want but notified the staff when I left.

The cleanness of the rooms and the compound..that was so clean and all the staff is friendly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank DJ (receptionist)and Berry(breakfast room).. Dj is such a sweet person, her personality, and customer service 💯, she is such respectful and polite both over the phone and in person.. And berry is an awesome guy.he makes sure all my kids got what they wanted for breakfast, and he took a good care of us, very polite and nice guy..Thank you guys.we will definitely come again and recommend friends. The staff were wonderful..great check in; very friendly front desk staff; also received a call later in our room checking if everything was satisfactory. Complementary upgrade so that my husband who had had a surgery could rest in a private bedroom. Room was clean and linens and towels were clean. Complimentary toiletries were of higher quality than I would have expected for the price. We didn't stay for the breakfast so cant comment on that.

The furnishings were a bit tired and old looking. The couch had rips in the arm rests so it looked a bit run down.

Overall great little motel, rooms were updated and clean. Quiet location (even if close to the main road) on a dead end street and next to rec center and great playground for kids. Breakfast was basic but appreciated (toasts, cereals, muffins, juice, coffee, fruits). Staff was very friendly and helpful, they called us back after check out to let us know we had forgotten something in the room. There were dog bowls, bags and treats in the pet friendly room. And even the ‘basic’ room had a little kitchenette area with glasses, cutlery, microwave and a good sized fridge. Kitchenette room had full size appliances. Beds were clean and very comfortable.

The exterior is not very eye pleasing and has seen better days I’m sure but at least is not representative of the room’s interior. The pet friendly rooms are not as updated as the rest and are a little dark with no balcony.

The location was great, near everything I needed. The Inn's Breakfast was good, kids loved the waffles. Good choice of breafast items, fruit juice was very good loved the Cranberry juice. Breakfast room was very clean. Our room was very clean also, no hair in bath tub or washroom!! Shower-head works, sink amd tub drained fast, no clogging, Awesome!! Room has 4 USB port in the room for charging digital devices, Everything in the room works, the room was quite, family got good rest, beds was comfy. Overall excellent for $$$ and features. GOOD JOB!!

Low lighting room could have been brighter or have dimable lighting. Heat was only working on one side of the room.

This is mine and my girlfriends go to spot when we come to Kelowna. Great location, close to everything we need. Great price and value. I am and will continue to be a return customer. Also want to reiterate every interaction we had with staff was happy and cheerful. So big ups to your staff!

Really I had just hope for more options at breakfast. I understand it's a small place so there won't be the whole bacon and egg and hashbrown thing going on, but damn that would have been nice. So it's understandable. On day 2 though I really wanted a bagel and cream cheese. No bagels!!!!!!¡ lol this isn't really a complaint. Just an honest observation. There is an IHOP literally across the street. Location location location!! 😋

It's a motel / inn with doors opening to the parking lot. So expectations were low. I actually was impressed with the cleanliness of the place, with how nice the staff was, they left a handwritten note on the desk welcoming me by my first name, and offering assistance for anything I could need. The price has incredible value. Included basic breakfast. Very easy access, felt very safe. I will definitely return.

The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette was stocked with the necessities required for cooking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities are on site as well. Nice BBQ area in the back as well with patio seating.

The only disappointment was that the pool wasn't open yet because the weather was hot and a nice dip in the pool would have been so refreshing....not so much a negative on the establishment. Was just a matter of timing. The pool was opening the day we checked out 😅
