I was upgraded to a suite as it was a busy weekend and I was a single and the hotel needed a room with more than one bed. It was fine for me. Room or suite was great. Clean and well equipped. A little dark because it was in a corner but fine really.

The Breakfast service on the weekend was a gong show because the hotel was full of teams (kids), so for a single like myself it was not pleasant. The food was fine. I just took it to my room. Once the weekend was over and the kids all went home it became quite civilized again. This was not the fault of the hotel - more just a function of being sold out and that's great for the hotel.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the onsite restaurant. The staff was wonderful. In particular, we needed a cot and Mike in maintenance brought one to our room quickly and offered to help us set it up. It was great to have an accessible room and a ground floor patio. The air co ditioning was really appreciated and easy to operate.

The self serve towel and linen approach makes sense. However, we could have used more towels but were shy to ask.

Room was big and comfy, however it was a bit dirty, coffe maker wasn't working, ran out of some tissue paper... it wasn't the one I asked. When I booked it I sent a message through Booking.com to the hotel staff saying we're bringing our small dog but apparently they didn't read it because once arrived to the hotel I was assigned another room (the one I booked supposedly have a microwave too, the one I was assigned hadn't) they (a lady from the staff in a not-so-kind way) said rooms for pets have no microwave, only suites and didn't know why in the "room description" says it has a microwave. I think when there's a lack of attention from staff then a problem needs to be solved, so, I suggest them to be very attentive to guests requirements and check cleanliness and stock in the room before to be assigned. In the other hand, what me and my family really enjoyed were the facilities! The pool and outdoor hot tubes were great! plus, breakfast there is a 10/10! Eating area was big, nice and clean... no concerns at all. Really liked that. Location is very good, just besides a plaza and plenty of restaurants and other facilities. And (to finish) my small dog enjoyed the walks around the hotel and the green areas for her necessities. After all, it was a good stay (although, I suggest the staff what previous mentioned).

The room was very spacious for two couples. The patio off the courtyard was very nice. The breakfast selection was exceptional!! The sliding glass doors from the indoor pool opening to the outdoor hot tub area was really nice.

Our room only had three towels for four people and the front desk was not able to give as another. We had to wait for housekeeping to bring which gave us a late start to our day.

This stay was AMAZING!! I came for a local dog show traveling with my young dog. I was given a large ground floor room un-carpeted with a patio door that opened up to a small grass area that opened up to a large park like setting to exercise my dog. The parking was so convenient and free, easy to unload all of my doggie stuff. The staff were so friendly and accommodating they were so friendly to my dog. The room, though ground floor and next to ice and vending machines was quiet and peaceful. I will never stay anywhere else. Breakfast was included and perfect for what I needed. Absolutely a great bang for your buck. Staff at the 97th street pub next door were friendly and accommodating as I needed my meals delivered as to not leave my puppy alone. I just can't say enough good things.

I loved everything

The room was clean, and I truly loved the fact that there was a sink in the room as well as in the washroom. The grounds were nice as well as the staff was really friendly.

That the coffee maker was a little gross but otherwise it was really nice of a room. The pillows could have been a bit bigger in size as I found them rather small for the size of the beds.

Extremely comfortable mattresses. Exceptional breakfast buffet. Rooms are very quiet and so nice to have a balcony overlooking courtyard! Didn't use hot tubs or pool but they looked clean and well maintained.

Took a long time for AC to cool room down and fridge also froze things. Additionally, there was a fire alarm at 3:30 am due to malfunctioning system yet no one seemed to be offered any type of compensation. In the past I have been at least given late checkout when this has occurred at other hotels.

Room size was good, WiFi good and close proximity (driving) to Kelowna and local attractions

Our room had 2 queen beds and when booking that was the only option. The room is good value if you split it between 4; however an alternative option to have a smaller room with 1 bed at a slightly cheaper price would have been preferred.

Breakfast was good. Room is clean. Manager Ginette was nice and helpful.

Staff are extremely rude and arrogant. I requested two rooms to be together. I got one room on 3th floor and the other one on fifth floor. Staff told me that do you want to take, I don’t have any other options. You booked with booking.com. We have nothing to do with it. It’s booking.com’s fault. I was very disappointed!!!!!!!!

The Rooms.. Super spacious and super comfy beds.

The breakfast definitely could improve. The coffee was not right and there was no bacon on the offering. Waffles were a size Hobbit like. Could definitely add a bottle of ketchup/mustard and Spicy sauce for sure
