The apartment was roomy and well equipped with everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained. The staff at the front desk and the general manager were really accommodating with our requests.

The pool is surrounded by trees, which is quite nice. The only issue with that is that the pool could be cleaned more often of fallen leaves and pine needles. The beach access from the hotel can be improved. Maybe a couple of stairs can be built to facilitate easy access to the beach.

Excellent resort and exceptional service. Rooms are above expectations. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and also had a studio for our grown up kids. It was a special occasion as we were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday. We were assigned rooms next to each other for convenience. Warren from guest services was very polite, helpful and provided excellent customer service. My wife found the one bedroom suite absolutely amazing and luved it. The only other hotels/resorts that came close to it was the one we stayed at Gold Coast in Australia and another one in Dubai. Monique and Lisa from guest services were very courteous and provided excellent customer service during our stay. Will definitely come back again soon.

The fitness center could have some more equipment including free weights. Being very health conscious we found it could improve with some more equipment

Love the pool and surroundings. Beds are very comfortable. Our only complaint this year was we did not have a balcony space to eat breakfast outside on the sunny days... Our unit was overall quite dark.

The unit was too dark, the only window was to a shared path with many other units. Hard to do makeup in the bathroom as the lighting was so low.

The landscaping behind the unit was beautiful and the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon wine. There was a comfortable little table and 4 chairs on the patio, as well as a super comfortable hanging egg chair. I could have spent all day there!

There was some (not unreasonable) noise from the construction. It didn’t bother me in the least, but I suppose some might find it annoying. It would not dissuade me from re-booking whatsoever.

The rooms were comfortable and I liked the patio off of room 128A with the BBQ. The pool area was clean and comfortable for lounging in the sun. My grandsons stayed in room 112 and they enjoyed having time and good space together. There were enough dishes and pots and pans for meals which I was happy about as I have stayed at other resorts where this was not the case.

The pidgeons make quite a mess on the patio in room 128A and I tried sweeping it a few times but that did not work. If something could be done about that it would have been perfect. Only one elevator and no staircase was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent Service by Staff.

We had to wait until after Cherck-in time to be alloweed access to our room. We arrived an hour before checking but had to ask to be checked in at 10 after check in time.

Spacious, tastefully decorated condo with modern interior design. We loved the gas fireplace. Loads of space for 4-6 people. Very friendly, welcoming staff at the front desk. We enjoyed sitting under the covered patio by the fireplace after dinner. The fact that we could book the fireplace and have it all to ourselves was a real bonus. We enjoyed our late night hot tub under the stars.

The beds are really comfortable and the pool is excellent! Also loved the outdoor fireplace area.

We were told we had a room with AC but that wasn't the case when we arrived. Luckily the fan was adequate this time. The room needs a small table to eat at if its too cold to sit outside.

Fun for the kids to be able to run around outside. Wife liked the gym. Staff was helpful. Location wasn't really walking distance from town but everything delivered to room. Nice resort and didn't feel like a hotel.

Beach access was closed due to construction. They should have found a way for clients to access beach during construction. It isn't hard to do.

The place was clean and comfortable. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They gave excellent information as to good places to eat and go see, and provided an extra fan as our suite was hot.
