It is an older motel but well maintained. The room was large and overall the motel filled our needs.

Jefer is one of the most hospitable and gracious hosts I've ever met. I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have Jefer looking after their guests. As a gender diverse person I was especially appreciative that Jefer was observant enough to not address me as Ma'am or my partner with gendered titles. When we had an accident in the room, the matter was taken care of in a timely and very considerate way. A very positive experience that will def have us coming back.

The location was great! Right by the beach and mini golf and bumper boats. And you get free mini golf. The decor was nice, modern beachy. There is a kitchenette with dishes and pots. There's an induction hot plate. The fridge has a freezer section. There's storage shelves. The room is a decent size. There's an electric mirror in the bathroom that lights up and also dissolves steam. Beds were pretty comfy. There's a great area on the side with seating areas and fire tables. There's a Steakhouse across the street.

Just to note that to get to the beach you have to go down a trail and clamber over some rocks, so if you have mobility issues you'll need to go to a different access point. But the tide goes out quite a ways so it's shallow and warm. It would be nice to have another mirror outside the bathroom so people out there could do their hair. The stairs are a little steep to the upper level.

Very clean and the decor was great! An extra feature we enjoyed was the dining table was on rollers and tucked away nicely under the entertainment stand, so we pulled it out when needed and had lots of room to move around. The air conditioning worked very well as it was one of the hottest days this summer. The free mini gold with your stay was awesome and the outside seating area with BBQ is awesome. Very close to beach and restaurants. I would recommend this place for sure. And the front counter receptionist was so friendly and kind, I believe his name was Juper.

The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great for what we wanted to do and discover. Friendly service.

When I requested that we needed a lower level for my husband who has mobility issues, we were told that they could not guarantee that we could have a lower floor as it was first come first served. In the end my husband decided that he could not handle the trip and we ended up on the upper floor. There is no way my husband could have handled the stairs. I was disappointed that they were unwilling to accommodate someone with mobility issues. Because I had reserved our room weeks earlier, I don't understand why this could not have been arranged for us.

Staff was terrific , friendly smiling and extremely helpful. The beach access was excellant and the bonus minigolf was terrific. All the keurig coffee you wanted and staff provided popcorn as well. Staff called restaurant to see if they were pet friendly as well. Outdoor area to sit and enjoy an outdoor meal , bbq if you want was a vey appealing area.

Not really anything we knew the room may be small but bed was comfortabel and bathroom was clean and had all you needed, nice touch on the mirror. It was great to have fridge and microwave as well.

The place has been renovated since last year and they were upgrading and were installing a gazebo, outdoor bbq and outdoor patio. The entrance and overall look and ambiance is much improved from last year. The name has been changed also from Paradise Seashell to Tide's Inn and I am surprised because it looked like a different place. The manager and staff were very warm, attentive and helpful, even though they were busy with other customers. We stayed there for 2 nights only while we're waiting for other family members arriving from other place before heading to our next destination. The popcorn and coffee during raining days were really nice to have while killing time when it is raining outside. The location was great and close to the beach, minutes away from stores to buy supplies and to eat at restaurants.

Whenever we turned the fan on in the bathroom, there was a dusty/musty smell coming out of the vents.

Lovely modernized room. Affordably priced. Very clean. The staff were very nice! I was very pleased that when my online booking was accidentally done twice, I immediately got a call asking if that was what I meant to do. I was then given a phone number to call to rectify the situation. Then we were upgraded to a larger room. I would highly recommend this place at this point in time!

Would have liked a flatter pillow option. It was a bit noisy, especially hearing the people walking above us. All in all, we really can't complain.

The gentleman who checked us in was one of the most charming hotel clerks I’ve ever met. And I’ve met lots! He was an absolute gem. We weren’t happy with our first room bc it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. He moved us without question and agreed that it didn’t smell very good. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and spacious. We all slept well. Would absolutely stay again.

They could update all their shower heads. One room had an old one and the second room we were in was upgraded.

Jufer was SO kind and courteous at the front desk. He made us feel extremely comfortable, and was very helpful. He gave us complimentary popcorn upon arrival! There is a fun mini-golf place next door and we were able to play unlimited round for free! Easy to find from the highway, and close access to the beach. We got a free upgrade to a larger room as well, which was a lovely treat. Thank you!
