We loved the pool. Also, we discovered that there are a couple BBQ’s you can use which is fantastic. We stayed in suite 246 which is in the corner by the tree. It was lovely and shaded. The full kitchen and master bedroom were such a treat and made our trip so much more affordable because we were able to dine in instead of going to restaurants. The staff were very friendly. This property is in the midst of renovation and you can see just how lovely it will be when it is all completed, a gem in the corner of the heart of the city. It is right across from a Tim Hortons and a quick trek by foot to the boardwalk along the lake. A fantastic evening stroll to see all the beautiful public art installations and to grab a bucket of mini donuts for a snack as you enjoy the view.

Location is great, staff is friendly and helpful. They are in the process of updating the rooms so some are better than others but our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved the BBQ’s and they were kept clean. The kitchen unit was adequate but not abundant. I brought some of my own pans and utensils. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It’s not the Ritz and needs some TLC but was a good bang for your buck.

The pool was great. We used it multiple times a day. Other motel guests did not respect the property or even follow the guides of no food in the pool area. They left garbage and chewed or spilled food everywhere. The room was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, though there was no microwave which seemed odd.

There was no top lock on the motel door which my toddler was able to just grab the handle and let himself out the room.

The pool and courtyard area are simple and make for a great place to wind down on a hot summer night. The laid-back atmosphere was great and the staff were very accommodating for our large group.

The price is a bit high and check out (10am) is a bit early. The sofa bed in the family suite is only suitable for a younger child.

Room was on the smaller side, and a bit dim if the blinds weren't open, but certainly sufficient. Location was a bit away from the core of downtown, but not too far, and those younger than I could probably make the trek pretty easily.

The dim lighting in the room mentioned above was maybe a bit of an annoyance, but pretty minor. Also had trouble finding a clerk to help me at one point when my key stopped working.

Nice large room with a separate extra sleeping room and kitchen suite,direct access to courtyard and pool. Main floor unit with parking lot access to door. Great location close to main highway,easy city routes to downtown and beachs. Great courtyard set up with salt water pool,patio furniture and barbecue's.

Overall complex is a little tired looking,seems to be in some form of on going repairs,some rooms better equipped than others as per other members of our travel group for this stay.

Great staff. Amazing location. Had so many channels. Floors are nicely updated. Pool area is nice.

TV was very small. Lights on the ceiling are pure white while the lamps are yellow. Bright pure white gives a cold feeling and hospital feel. Fixtures in the washroom falling off.

location is great-, room was clean and comfortable, close to Timmy's - That should be the "Bonus" lol...also close to many restaurants. The staff member I dealt with was SO nice and accommodating. I was having trouble with the A/C and asked if they had a fan. They did so he brought it to my room.

Nothing really negative to say here.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property location is great (just off H97) and is well maintained with good parking and close to restaurants and stores. The room had excellent air conditioning, super comfortable beds, was very clean with daily fresh towels and tidy up. The pool was also well maintained, sparkling clean and such a treat for cooling off, with the added perk of bbq's available.

Generous sized clean room with the ability to park right outside the door. Great bathrooms. Was great to have a quiet running air conditioner!

Lots of noise from other guests and staff could have done something to address this. A party room that went all night with extra booze arriving by cab caused us to leave earlier than planned
